I'm kinda new to the area. There's not a lot of outdoorsey stuff to do here in W. Tennessee. How 'bout in the eastern part? What do y'all like to do?..not necessarily on cold winter days, but summer too.peace

From what I have heard, Douglas is Gaelic for "dark water". Maybe some of you Irish lasses can confirm or correct that one.dunno I think the modern translation is "handsome, shy guy who doesn't have a date for Friday night."rolling on the floor laughing

And then there's the difference between "Coniptions" and "fits" or "Hizzy fits" You "have a coniption" whereas you "pitch a fit." As you might say. "I ain't from here, but I got here as fast as I could."rolling on the floor laughing

I haven't been on here long either, C.A., I just think you should have fun with it. If you just need to talk to someone, go ahead and e-mail me. If nothing else, then to say "hey" By the way, nice tat. I am trying to upload a pic of mine, but it's on my backand I just had shoulder surgery, so bending isn't my strengthrolling on the floor laughing Anyway, just have fun with it! BTW, I've been trying to write something for about 10 years now. I figure it'll come when it comes...
