with my ex-wife it was easy... at 2 a.m. she told me that all I wanted was sex (right after I had cut the grass, installed new shrubs, and repaired the brakes on her car, then unclogged the plumbing drain)... I made it very easy on her when I replied "no problem, I can fix that too!"... simply got out of bed, picked up the bag I already had packed, walked out the door and never went back... we never spoke again for a couple of months... and believe it or not we're still friends to this day....divorced but still friends.

I use one totally bogus and evasive email address solely for date sites. The name included in the i.d. has absolutely no relationship to me or my real name... when I email or IM on YM people wonder who in the hell "demetrius" is...... When it gets to full of junk I'll create another and notify anyone who I want to know a new address. One old yahoo address I had for business gets over 1,000 emails per day and I haven't used it in over a year.

Serious bad idea. If things end badly, it gets very awkward when you have to see the person every day at work. If things are going good, it can turn them bad because there is such thing as spending too much time together. You end up getting on each other's nerves. I'd avoid it all costs!
Depends on the job. I can speak from very serious experience. If it's in a big company then you may not see each other enough to let it affect your job. Also, if you can break it off without bad feelings between each other then that's fine. Gotta think about how it could possibly end. If it's a small business and you're the boss then it definitely could ruin your business if she is a critical employee and very hard to replace. If she gets to you too emotionally then she can become less productive and make demands which in turn puts you in the bad position of not being able to do without her but can't keep her either...bad catch 22 situation. If you really think you can just be f'buddies it might work and may even be good for both of you for a while but after long term can lead to serious problems. Still, that happens even without sex when you become attached and dependent on employees or co-workers. Being able to stay friends when it all ends is not always an option. However, its not easy to work with someone every day while lusting after each other all day long...so, if you're in a situation like that then it may be to the point that you need to do something about it to keep it from eating you up...you may have to either go ahead and date knowing that one of you will have to quit the job just to stay sane. When the hormones get involved good judgement and common sense are like a foreign language. In my case it made a great partnership for several years but in the end it destroyed the business because of all the negatives I mentioned above.

can't tell you much about the word but I can break it down somewhat..
pneumo...of or relating to the lungs/respiratory system/brachii
no...
ultra... greater or super
microscopic... too small to be seen with the naked eye
silico...of or related to silica (sand)
volcano...obviously something from a volcano
con....latin or spanish for "with"
iosis...a disease

So..to me it sounds like some crap somebody made up to say that some dude crawled down into a volcano, inhaled some sand that screwed up his lungs...and it was probably microscopic particles floating around in the air which the silica dust irritated the lungs and caused pneumonia like symptoms and maybe even open lesions in the lungs or bronchial tubes.... just my guess.

I would start another thread but this one is asking what I would like to know.....

(1)Icebreakers? I see ladies in stores frequently and want to try to get them to talk to me but am afraid to say anything because it may come out really stupid... so, what does a woman want to hear other than a "hello" if some guy is going to approach them?

(2) I have a horrible time guessing the age of women. Generally I go for the 40 -55 year old women but I've hit on women in their early 30's and they look at me like I'm just another dirty old man...but I'm seeing signals like crazy! So, they must just be being nice... then I try to talk to ladies who obviously are more my age and they just don't show any interests in being bothered at all...maybe it's menopause? ... so, what are some signals I can look for from older women? Like over 45... some just smile naturally but I need more than a smile to know it's a cue for me to start a conversation....I'd love to know some universal conversation starters...everyone does not have pets or like animals...but almost all women do cook. About the only places I ever go are like hardware stores, building supply stores, walmart, grocery stores, and an occasional cafe or restaurant. Outside of that it's bowling where there's a grill and beer but it's difficult to chat with a stranger who is on a bowling alley with friends...gotta figure an approach for each of these situations. My main line of work is doing repairs on vacation homes but they're almost unoccupied when I'm there....pretty remote and isolated here....just shooting for ideas.....

Big seller nowadays...primitive version... B.O.B. .... maybe that's why I'm having problems finding dates and keeping women.....dunno.....

I like a few cuts made by Tracy Chapman...and then there's a very old goldie Phoebe Snow..and if you're really into some romantic soul..Roberta Flack. If you don't like Country..think again and check out some Willie Nelson.. you'll have to pick through the "too country" but he's got some soulful country that many artists have copied and definitely a unique voice and style...blue eyes crying in the rain, angle flying too close to the ground...several others. He has a twang but his music is fantastic.

I just pee through it and it goes away... not too sure it has anything to do with optic nerves tho'///

Been a while since I woke up next to a woman but the last I remember she was bitchy in the morning and that made me anything but horny....boner or no boner...

Just saw this thread... sounds like some people believe in old wives tales. I know that I've changed over the years and when I was younger had more to prove and waking up with a boner was not unusual. But, for sure, sex 1st thing in the morning is more like a chore than a pleasant experience for me and in no way compares to the pleasure of bed time sex. The thought that so many women have that "ALL MEN" are always horny or that all they want is sex really frustrates me and when I hear it from a woman it is really a huge turn off. For many years now...if the woman doesn't at least show a significant amount of response and desire she'll just have to do without or be on her own... I think some of you ladies are talking about children and not men....as for how I feel...I think men get cheated when it comes to sex..they're expected to do all the work and might get off one or two times while the woman writhes with multiple orgasmic pleasures and if handled properly may have 10 or 20 orgasms to my one and possibly 2...that just ain't FAIR!

Never had a problem like that but if I couldn't talk him/her into turning him/herself in then I'd do it and let them know I was doing it. I may give them a chance to get a lawyer first...but if they're already on t.v. then they have no chance of not being caught up with fairly soon. If I can recognize them then I know quite well someone else can. Just have to hunt for the most sensible solution and pray that everything works out for the best for all concerned...since the worst has already happened.

IMHO...if ya went for more than 6 months...and according to this survey no one went without between 6 months and 1 year... then I'd say there's a bunch of ex-convicts answering the survey.....or quite a few people who have experienced some serious problems. It just isn't normal or natural from what I've experienced or observed. If this survey is accurate for divorced or widowed people...I wonder what the gap there indicates...what it means? Could it be a healing period? A time of reflection? The time people take to search for their next partner?

Sounds kinda too far out for me to identify with... in simplicity, sounds like the equivalent of dreams that all of you are talking about....something that no one really understands...they're not real experiences but emotionally they can affect us the same as real experiences.

Hey... you're only 19!.... Heck dude... check out what's going on at all the high schools in your area! You're ripe for the young ladies in church... man, you've got so many possibilities the world is wide open for you!...It might help to have a bud to run with ya but you can pop in and out of all the bowling alleys and any place that kids hang out... you should be chasing women from 16 to 25...just be careful not to catch one under 19!... My 1st ex was 15 and I was 20 when we started dating. She turned 16 a couple of weeks later. When we married she was only 18 and we both should have waited at least 3 more years. SO... you just hang in there and do some living... you'll learn more in the next few years than you can imagine. With all those hormones speeding around in you now you can't imagine how different things will be when you're 25 and ready to settle down. Nowadays I would not even consider marriage before at least 25...at least get a career started and get pointed in one direction... so... finding a place to pick up chicks... McDonald's, Taco Bell, Jack's, anywhere! Lots of towns I've been in the kids hang out at Walmart on Fri & Sat night simply because there is hardly anywhere else for them to go that they can afford.
