Have you noticed a lot of good people leaving this site, because they are just tired of the crap? A good friend of mine called this morning and said that she deleted her account last night, because if she stayed on this site much longer she would be too discouraged to even want to bother with the "dating world".
In the past few weeks, at least 4 others I know of have done the same, for basically the same reasons. (luckily, we got each other's direct emails and phone numbers before they ran screaming from here LOL)
Do you find a lot of what you read here in the forums discouraging, depressing, and disgusting? Does it make you wonder if there are any decent people left, or if you will ever find anyone REAL to have a REAL relationship with?

just got a call from my best friend, she was crying and asked me to sit down..



this year alone.. my 2 month old cousin, passed away in feb. my aunt passed away in june and just 2 weeks ago my 25 year old cousin died..


my friends mom died last night .. she wasnt just my friends mom.. she as always like a second mom to me.. just last year we lost our dad.. (her dad )

i'm almost at the edge of the mountain.. and everyone is falling off of it.. one by one.. its a never ending thing .. your born, you live and then you die.. you never know when someone you love might not be there anymore..


i went from being in a great mood today . and now.. i feel like someone has taken a huge chunk of my heart and stomped on it untill it stops beating and then put it back in.. it hurts bad..


i know i can come here and tell you how i feel.. i consider you all part of my extended family.. and wanted to share with you my loss..

i pray that noone has to feel like this , i know it will happen to us all and has happened to most of us.. some more resent than others but the pain of it is still the same.. she had to tell her 2 little boys this morning that grandma wasnt not here anymore.. probably one of the hardest things she will ever have to do in her life.. and i couldnt be there to comfort her

When your children's father has walked away from their lives...and I mean really "walked away"...no support, no visitation, no calls, gifts...nothing...

What do you tell your children when they ask where their Dad is at?..and how do you help them cope with it??

I haven't been on here in quite a while so i thought i would stop by and say hello to some friendly faces. I've been super busy w/ school, matt, and work.. plus trying to get everything ready to move up to be w/ matt. (which takes a lot!)
