Osteoporosis .. that arthritis of the joints that everyone seems to be enjoying..? The cure is ....? Chicken cartilage, like Cuspomagic said, boil down the chicken bones and somehow injest the liquid... or consume some ordinary gelatine (its made from hooves and cartilage) to feed your own deficiency from not gnawing at cartilage anymore in this modern age. Actually its part of the "Yidisha Mama`s Chicken Soup" cure...!
As to the cost of organic vegetables. If you eat them raw, or just heated, you dont need to consume SO much, and they then go further. People eat a quarter (almost) of a caulflower cooked.... raw a few florettes is sufficient. Half a raw carrot equals about 2 cooked ones. One slice of Pumpkin grated raw is equal to half the pumpkin cooked.
Should anyone try being a vegan for a few months, they would find, on smelling cold cooked vegetable leftovers... the aroma of decay. That is actually what cooking vegetables does .. it semi decays the food for easier consumption.... which does not do much for adult colon health.
I'm sure yer cracking a few of them smokes-
- bloody great contribution-and raw veges the best for .
- of course if you have minimal digestive capabilities
---par cooked veges- skin on -washed ,can suffice
- a dash of pure himalayan rock crystal salt in the residue water- makes a great drink
- or just chuck it in the chicken stock.
