trish123: Its common when you've lost a loved one - just today in town I found myself staring at a woman who reminded me of my daughter and a few yrs ago when I lost somebody else I once followed a truck just like his for a few blocks - the mind plays tricks when we are bereaved....... its a recognised part of the grieving process.....

trish123: What on earth are you boasting about - I thought the trick was to make it last, not to behave like an inexperienced boy

RobertC2: ice poem, twinself!

I wrote this one in another thread a few minutes ago:

TWELVE CS DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

Twelve spammers spamming
Eleven ladies laughing
Ten Atheists in Hell
Nine Bays abaying
Eight profiles lying
Seven very yummy pics
Six virgins crying
Five goofers goofing
Four Friday threads frying
Three solstice moons sizzling
Two crazy caption threads captivating......
And a LaVerdad in a pear tree!

One person liked it - then the htread 'died'

Love it! laugh wine

You have been used and abused. Move on. They aren't all like that. Most people here are real and looking for something special... whether that be a life mate or a friend. Keep your chin up and forget about that person. They aren't worth wasting your thoughts on. JMO wine

kidatheart: Wish I could say the same, my alky neighbour keeps coming over and drinking all my beer.

How's a guy supposed to get drunk that way? Oh well, no hangover, so that's one good thing. Hi Dana

Hi Harry! Great to see you, mate. hug wine

trish123: I just cant be bothered going through this line by line - my only point is that simply because you dont find my beliefs worth believing in doesnt make them invalid or confused - the rest of your grubby attempt at evangelising Ill just treat with the contempt it deserves and ignore it.

Here, here!! applause applause

Hello darlin'. It took me months to come back. I am hoping things are better around here.

In the meantime, I did get to meet and lunch with Don and Jackie a couple of months ago. That was great!

Hope you're well, luv. hug

Olsojente: I've tried... met her coming out of the lift yesterday, she was taking the rubbish out, and we were coming back in. She stood in the lift doors for 5 mins chatting...

I said we had to get up and have dinner, as we had take away chinese (hot in a bag), she then as she came back up, came knocking again...

As for being lonely, she's engaged, and living with the guy!!
Talk to him, I'm not interested.... This feels good!!! Getting it all out now!!!!

Oslo, sometimes it's best to just be honest. Maybe you should tell her that the "friendship" just doesn't seem to be working between your families and that you think it would be better if you didn't spend much time together. Just a thought, friend. dunno
