I see no reason to waste my time and effort trying to support a flawed political system that just simply does not work.

well, being that i'm over 6', it would be difficult for me to date anyone that significantly shorter than me - though i really don't hold height against anyone.

not in an everyday sense, no. however, there are certain extreme cases where exceptions must be made. personally, i'm non-religious and my political views don't fit in with that of most americans. however i cannot stand zeal in any form, extremism and someone attempting to throw their beliefs down my throat are the quickest possible way a person can make me completely dislike them.

there's my two cents.cool

Perhaps, though there are times where people fail to see positive aspects of their lives because simply none exist at present, and I see nothing wrong with people not dwelling in the past.

In response to:
To Yourself"

Thought. Law.

"All is in the Silence waiting to be brought Forth to form and substance by the builder, Thought, That is how God fashioned everything He wrought, Everything you long for, in the Silence wait, Yours the power to shape them either soon or late, But be very careful how you form your fate." --Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Thinking is the true business of life. Thinkers rule the world. They always have and they always will. All people think, but the tragedy of life is that so few of us think creatively or constructively; so few recognize the fact that thought is a creative force. Every achievement in business, literature, philosophy, or science has found its source and expression, through the mental efforts of the world's leaders. The outstanding figures of tomorrow are the creative and constructive thinkers of today.

We live in the same world and are as far apart of the difference in our thought processes. Some fail while others succeed; some are sick, others are healthy; some are miserable, others happy. We all want to blame luck or fate or some one of our fellow men, but the difference is within ourselves. We are the product of our prevailing habits of thought.
Recognize that all of civilization's greatest minds have been murdered due to radical paths of thought and idealogy. So I suppose it really depends on which side of the prism you look at? confused

everyone is capable of lying, and if you make the mistake of forgiving too quickly, you invite them to do so again.
