magical, fun time. The wedding went off without a hitch. My finance was so handsome in his cowboy hat, black wranglers. Best man also in cowboy hat ( black) and wranglers. My maid of honor stunning in black long skirt and red blouse with roses and baby's breath flowers. I was all in white with a wreath veil holding red roses, baby's breath and pearls flower holder. The groom was supposed to be nice on feeding me cake but smushed it madly in my face, yes I got him back good. The reception lasted well into the night with dancing and a bonfire. I got to the point where I was so lit I said I am done, ready to go. We went to a new hotel here in town and spent the night. Woke up the next day, opened presents, had breakfast and hung out together talking, sitting on the bed indian style. It was amazing. Thanks for your well wishes and congrats on the thread.. I think I had a drink for each and every one of you.. love the wine..yay

Ah well I live in Spain most of the time so I'm talking about our lovely cured ham which contains more protein than fresh ham and has been proven to reduce cholesterol.

A dish of lentils veg and a little cured ham would cost me less than a euro here (significantly less than a McDonalds) so I guess what I said earlier about where you live and what you choose to eat has a bearing on all this.
I agree on the lentils. I make a pot of bean with some ham and it is very cheap to make and very good for you too.

yes, I only eat 1 meal a day and its usually a casserole that I can eat for 2-3 days.. otherwise, sometimes its only a bag of popcorn.. Got to increase the budget as I am getting married. I spent 250.00 today on groceries to have in the house since I am getting married tomorrow.
