I,ve been to that dark place, down,down,down deeper and down, and as Joseph Conrad would exclaim "Oh the horror,the horror". Don,t want to go there again (once is enough for any human spirit). And for those who maybe have been there, or indeed are still there, to all those tortured souls out there I dedicate this
