I raise my kids BY MYSELF. When they are at their mom's she's too drunk to look after them.

From the day they were born, I worked full time running a busness. When I got home (while I was married) they had dirty diapers, and filthy head to toe. The house in shambles, and wifey laying on the couch with a open bottle of wine on the table.

I worked all day, came home, changed their diapers, bathed them, fed them, and took them out of the house. Do I expect sympathy? No. I just did/do damage control and hope the kids will turn out fine.

And that's MY Side.

That being said, I know plenty of women who do EVERYTHING and their hubbies are at the bar with their bro's whooping it up and coming home drunk expecting to get laid.[/b] As though that is their inherant right.[/b] It's bullshit as far as I'm concerned.

The story runs both ways.

Funny, here in the states I know plenty of women in construction, the military, Road repair, The police force, etc. AND they skydive, bungie jump, Race cars, and "spearing the Dragon" as you put it. Some even better than the men...

Yep...I have been a single parent myself for 14 years so I know how it goes and how difficult it is to be all things to all people all the time!!!!!!!!!

Really and today's reality is...that unless you are financially well off...You can't afford to only have one person work these days and raise a family too!!!!!!!

And women are expected to work...look after the house...children and everyone else before themselves...To be wonder women who get bogged down from non-stop work...pressure and no break!!!!!!

Actually I do.

I wash dishes, cook and clean too. I've lived alone for a while and do all these things out of neccessity and I don't see a reason for that to change just because I meet someone. I like the way I live (most of it anyway) and hopefully I meet someone that can appreciate that as well. Obviously some things are flexible but living in a civilised manner is very important to me.
Car parts in the kitchen aside. I have a shop space at the new home.

What about the woman that goes to work while the husband sits on his azzz at home?.

What about the woman that is expected to walk around looking like a barbie doll?.

What about the woman that also works, but seems to have to do the cooking in the evening evernight also?.

What about the woman that wants him to be a 'nice guy' because he isn't ?

Like I said this can be very much open to both sides.

Woman are not all the same! as I'm sure men aren't. If we walk around with that opinion then we are doomed for disaster in my opinion.

I take it from reading your posts you're hurt in some way, and I'm sorry about that. But posting a thread on how bad woman are surely isn't helping you out. It's just making you look insecure if anything Leo.

I'm sure we have all had bad experiences, but is how we build the bridge and climb over it that matters.
