It's a clear sign to "stay away".
Sometimes it's a signal.
"Oh poor me,Help".

I have tried to HELP those kind of photos,with mixed success.
Results varied from,a kick in the groin to ,thanks you made me laugh.

I have no idea,if there are any hidden meanings to them.
Experience however sends me running the other way,unless i'm feeling feisty.
