I'm drinking Shiraz, no more cigs. You know how well booze and cigs., go together. I might just nail my hand to the computer desk. The pain and difficulty in removing the nail will distract my craving.

I quit smoking today. Fifteen minutes ago I found 4 cigs., on a side table.....I'm smoking them......me bad. I'm smoking one of the last two as I write this. I'll need help within the next few days, don't want to go postal.

If every time I craved a cig., I could kiss one of the so many lovely women here, then quitting would be easy.
