10 hours ago : i bet none of you can tell us how many times you're suppose go to somebody's grave after they die ?
luvlife2: well he was an ordinary man,but he was my father, for that and the fact that he was a human being ,that is why he deserves it,,plus he served his country, and for that he is a hero!!
so you obviously liked him then !
and was proud of him being a soldier ?
changing the conversation slightly luvlife.... there's a very nice woman that was in my filmmaking class last term.... thats now part of our film discussion group.... thats got a severely dyslyxic 14 year old son with major learning difficulties, with a very unsual interests in guns , and warfare
he's very intelligent and can read ...but has trouble writing and spelling
anyway she says it looks like he wants to be a soldier of some kind, because the books that he reads , and the depth of his knowledge to do with warfare for a 14 year old is astounding ! ! ! !
he has a very special interest in the military and history of military operations which surpasses that of an ordinary teenager
he's her one and only son ....and she's a single mother...they hardly see the father who lives in another country !
its her nightmare that he becomes a soldier and gets killed in a war
what would you do as a mother if he was adamant that he wanted to be a soldier and you were adamant that you did'nt want him to ?
