Interesting.....

...certainly would depend entirely on the individuals involved....and mid twenties...one would already have a clearer picture of what he is after...

...having said that....I married my ex when I was 31 and she was 20....five years down the line we discovered that our priorities were heading in different directions....and amicably went our own ways....

...and also relevant what Dru said...cultural differences only complicate those brought about by age....my ex was British, a Londoner.....and a few years stint of small island life proved strenuous to her.....understandable so...

...having said all this....I would still contend that if both are ready to have a go at it.....why not?

LILLYLADY: SNOWING! SNOWING! SNOWING! Been snowing everyday and almost constantly since at least New Years Eve. We probably have at least 3 foot or more sticking to the ground already and no let up yet. It's intermittently flurries and then the heavy stuff.
Comes down about 1-2" an hour at times. I live in the secondary snow belt on the Great Lakes.

Well, I love you Canadians but I'll just have to blame ya again for all this Lake Effect snow we get. It's always yur fault anyway as you usually you send it to us as an Alberta Clipper or something similar. We know how you are very fond of us Americans but for crying out loud , I'd sure appreciate if you'd let up on us a bit. Ship some over to Robert in Malta for a change.

THAT would really hit the news......just a strong rain and the country goes to tilt.....let alone snow.....

...never had it here....not since I was born anyway.....

Ah yes...that.....

...do not agree......never have considered being grabbed by the neck and dragged here and there plus having your normal life disrupted and turned upside down as pointless.....

...it can provide one hell of a ride...when it decides to come your way....

...pointless is the craving it and letting it become the sole purpose of one's day to day existence.....to the point of obsession....now THAT is pointless....

...CS is just a cyber pub....were one goes to meet new people and mingle around....find friends....people one can share some time with.....and if ultimately....one stands out above the rest....then so be it......

....but I would never allow myself to depend on it to fulfill my life....enhance it maybe.....but that is as far as it goes...
