My dad used to lie about his age.......... when he was in his middle 50's (not much older than I am now) he used to tell strangers that he was 76 years old.

'Gosh! people used to exclaim..'you don't look much older than some guy in his 50's!'

My dad used to smile knowingly, and tell them he went to Switzerland every six months for injections made from monkey glands.

Most people seemed to believe him!

I guess that would make him a cheeky monkey!! laugh

Funny, you don't find many people saying they're older than they are! Pretty pointless lying about your age, you'll always end up looking foolish! Anyway, it's just a number! You're only as young as you feel!
