I went with Unchained Melody. I remember hearing it done by someone else too and I liked it. I'm not a huge Joe Cocker fan.

1st love was in 1st grade., Tim...I know, I know, I started young...lol We grew up in the same church, my parents were always going to his house, we'd follow each other around at the church picnics.

I left the area after 7th grade & went to Hawaii for 3 years. That's where the first "official" boyfriend happened, in 9th grade.

Came back to the same area we'd left after 10th grade & the 1st grade love came by to see if I was allowed to date yet. Told him my dad would tell him he needed a haircut (he'd already done that to one guy in Hawaii who ended up getting a regulation cut). Tim came back by a couple of weeks later with a haircut (not quite regulation)....but he NEVER actually ever took me out. He asked ALOT, but never followed up on it. Last time I saw him he looked like some little ole hermit, hair down between his shoulders & little oldtimer glasses....lol

Now I'm looking for the LAST love sigh

I've only ever given my cats baths when they had fleas & used a flea soap on them. They weren't crazy about it, but if you hold them by the scruff of the neck then they're usually pretty cooperative. The two I have now are always trying to get into the shower with me, and the Siamese likes to watch the water go down the toilet. I know...straaaaaaaaaaaange cat...lol

I did taekwondo when I lived in San Diego. Tried karate when I lived in Antioch. Prefer the taekwondo, the stances are easier on my knees. I wouldn't mind getting back into it if I found a place here in Redding.

It's also annoying because it freezes up the screen if you're trying to read a forum. It'd be nice if it would put the name of the person trying to message you, just in case it is someone you'd like to talk to. I had clicked ignore on it once & regretted it because I found out it was from someone I wanted to talk to.

Well, all the movies show that it can be done with a nuke buried deep enough....dunno

I've never been worried about it & I've lived here the majority of my life....had more chance of a volcano erupting while I lived in Hawaii than I do of that major of an earthquake here in CA.

We had some things going on today, there was a pretty big ceremony at the Veteran's Flag (the Flag is HUGE)...and there were a couple people riding their horses in a field next to the freeway carrying US Flags (drill team style). There's something else going on tonight at one of the firestations.
