Jan,
Every time I watch this video, I think. Gosh she looks like Jan. It was also a very cool movie. 'To Sir with Love'

Ouch Rene....My first marriage which lasted 2 years and 8 months ended in his death. He chose that song as our wedding song. Do you know it has been years but I still cannot listen to it. Funny eh!

Hi Ven...Okay, I have found the solution to one of my mama problems. I can clean the kitchen to absolute perfection, sparkling clean, immaculate, tidy, like a picture postcard. My mother will still come in after I have left, pick up the J-cloth and wipe the counter. It is like she has an uncontrollable urge to leave her mark before she is happy. It drives me mad. So, I know that I will never ever be able to clean it to her standard, so my solution

Oh!..........(4 seconds of silence)....Thank you.
What the hell were you thinking when you bought this. It is hideous, you freak!!! Get out of my face.

Lovely time, next time at my place.
I had an absolutely miserable time having dinner at your house and sharing in your company. It will be a cold day in hell until I next want to see you. My house is under renovation, so when I say my place next time, I mean sometime after 2012 if we are still alive. Go away!

Hmmmm, I see.
That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard anyone say. You have no idea what you are talking about. Go back to school, or read or book. Get buy some knowledge through an online course before you speak to me again.

whoops, let me try that again.

Maisie: Unfortunately we don't have any crematoriums in Cyprus yet so I'd have to be shipped back to the UK. Probably only flight I'll ever take with plenty of legroom!

Great sense of humour.

Elley: Get well soon Inma.Go to the doctors,go to bed, sleep an rest.Drink plenty of liquid, honey, lemon, whiskey and hot water works a treat. Also Aquarius, recommended by the docs here.Paracetamol and multivit pills can also help you to get through it and get better.Feed a cold, starve a fever as they used to say.

Venere: Could be, Imma. Kids seem to catch this strain of flu really easily, unlike any other.

All you can do, as with other 'flu is lots and lots of rest. And when you've rested, rest some more. You body will mend in time, but you must allow it, particularly with 'flu.

Get well soon.

Thanks. Interesting side effects from all the meds...I feel like a big bubble head daydream

Facts about Toronto, Ontario where I grew up. Born in London, England but do know that much about London.

Toronto has the highest tower in the world. The CN Tower. Total height from base to peak is 533.33 metres (1,815.4 ft.) which is about 175 floors.

I have walked up the CN tower for a charity fund-raiser.

Also the longest street in the world (Yonge Street) begins in TO by the lake. Total length is 1896 km = 1178 miles.

Again I walked along Yonge street as part of a charity event to raise money for breast cancer awareness.

That is hilarious.

My mom is like that. My mother lives downstairs from me. She will call up at night. 'Goodnight'. Sometimes I won't hear, or just won't answer right away (just to drive her mad). She will repeat louder 'Goodnight!'....When I finally do answer her. She will scream even louder 'What are you doing up still? GO TO BED!'.....dunno

Gotta love em...

Okay, back to sleep. Bye Ven wave

Elley: Ok Maisie, enough, now you really are scaring me,please stop immediately,I,ve only just rediscovered the will to live.

I am normally very very optimistic, but at this moment I think death might be preferable. My head is effin pounding. I have coughed so much my pelvic bone hurts. I think I have the flu. We received a memo yesterday that some of the kids in our school have been diagnosed with the bleedin' swine flu already....
I am not a happy camper right now.

Goodnight. That's it for me...

Was hoping you were up at 4 this morning as you seem to always calm my neurotic fears...laugh

But on a serious note, it is a bit scary in this cyber world. If one of us died, would anyone ever even know?

All my neurotic fears emerge at this time (about 4 in the morning). Woke up because I am coughing again and read the article about the 13 year old who passed away suddenly from the swine flu (heart failure apparently) , so now I am paranoid that I am going to cough so hard that my heart will give out. Yup, stupid thoughts I am sure, but what else can one do at 4 in the morning....I am going to book for a flu shot tomorrow. sad
