A man and his ever nagging-wife went on vacation to Jerusalem. While they were there, the wife passed away. The undertaker said to the husband, "You can have your wife's remains shipped home for $5,000.00 or, you can have her buried here in the Holy Land for $150.00.

The man thought about it for a few minutes and told the undertaker he would have her shipped home.

The undertaker asked, "Why would you spend $5,000.00 to ship your wife's remains home, when it would be wonderful to be buried here, in this Holy place for only $150.00.

The man replied, "Long ago a man died here, was buried here, and three days later he rose from the dead. I just can't take that chance."

Very well stated joke. I enjoyed this one immensely! peace

Well, they may not seem real to you or I because we do not see them, interact with them, and so on. However, I am no less real than anybody else on here. However, there is a distinct difference between BEING real, and KEEPING IT real.

I own the entire Matrix movie series, and the animated shorts. It has nothing to do with reality, after all, the Wachowski's have no grip on reality, look at 'V' for Vendetta.

your sooo controversial, gille!!

With all due respect, men AND women are both kids! For men, our toys get more expensive (electronics, tools, cars, etc.); and for women, their abilities to control and manipulate people becomes more advanced (i.e. whipped, etc.); men and women both simply age physically, mentally we simply gain more experience rather than mature.

What we would do for sex, especially in our younger years when we earnestly believe that sex is everything, it is truly depraved and sad.

what never hold back mean

ok the truth about that i was going somewhere 2 years ago and saw a sign that was written that never hold back i past back the next morning and the sign wasn't there and it was the first and last time i saw that sign

When you feel something, something that you should do, then make the decision not to do it, you are holding back. When you had these feelings for this special someone, feelings that brought these words from your heart to paper, and you did not express them to him when you had the chance, you held back. Understand?!

It isn't that there is merely only 'one' person meant for everybody. Such romanticisms are a falsehood. I, myself, and a romantic at heart. However, it is that we seek someone to be with our whole lives, it certainly is not that there is merely 1:6.5 billion. If so, there would not be so many successful marraiges out there. Your point is taken tough, a good pet can help.

Say what you want of independence, being a single man, there is a liberating feeling of being only responsible for oneself. But, oh, what a lonely existence. To come home to nobody to kiss, to hold, to cherish, to respect, to LOVE!!!

You need to tell him. Do not spend your life regretting what you haven't done. Read this verse to him, after setting the right mood, and await his response. The fear of rejection does not change the outcome of his feelings for you or not.

Ladies and gents...how would you help someone like me, who is tired of short flings and cannot break free of wanting the "perfect match" for themselves???
*this is probably gonna be my last post for awhile(the search begins), so gimme some tips plz!!

This is the hardest part about relationships and seeking the one we want to share our lives with. If we simply wait to find the woman who matches, 100%, the mental image we have of the so-called 'perfect' woman, which is subjective, of course. You will never find her, ever. However, I believe, compromising your beliefs, standards, convictions, et cetera is not something one should do either. What it comes down to, which is subjective also, is finding the 'right' woman. Will she be 'perfect'? No. Will she be make you 'happy' and can you make her 'happy'? This is the important question. You must have a similar vision in where you see your lives going. You must have similar faith, where faith exists. You must have similar if not identical ethics and standards. You need to be patient and communicative with one another. If you have these lined up, then things like passion will fall in line, I believe.

This is such a childish thread. But, to answer your supposed question: Sex with older women is a beautiful thing. Older, younger, same age; all good. Although, I do prefer older women myself.

All young boys and girls have fantasies about saving others and/or being saved by others dependent on the circumstances you grow up in. I know, as a young boy, seeing things like Superman and Batman, I had dreams about saving other people. But, these are just childish notions.

What a woman wants is the very same thing we, as men, want. To love and be loved, to respect and be respected, the hard part is finding that someone worth loving and respecting, in our minds eye, and in our respective hearts. Childish notions of saving a woman, or having a woman save you are just that; childish notions. In a marraige, it's about mutual responsibility and support. When one of us has a weak point in our life, the other supports them. There should never be a feeling of owing the other for saving them.
