I assume we are talking about welfare recipients here.

my opinion is that there are some very deserving and needful people on welfare, that apprecate the helping hand they are getting , while they try to get their lives back on track and them working.

I have to say, though, that , my experience is that so many of the people around me ( and i live in a decent neighbourhood) where several of of the people are on disability ( while surfing and teaching tai kwondo etc.) and others are on unemployment and still working 'under the counter jobs'. and in my work i see many people who have no reason not to work, but get given large amounts of money, that some who are working would love to get for nothing- what is the incentive to get a job, if you will get the same money for sitting around smoking and having more babies for the state to pay for.

Please remember , my first comment is that by no means ALL recipient are like this, but the cheaters are nothing but criminals
