Long, slow cooking can often give you a much more tender and pull-able piece of pork... but quick high temperatures have their place as well... grin

When does it stop???? All this government interference????frustrated frustrated If I want to commit suicide I´m going to do it.... isn´t bridge jumping a much better option then so many of the others? No messy cleanup, no one has to find the body... it´s environmentally friendly...

Pat.... I specifically said in a post that this was in no way a slam to men... and that women are very capable of making the same mistakes as well as many others. It was posted in a manner meaning to benefit the men by giving a platform for a discussion.

There have been so many threads lately that deal with men asking what women want, why do nice guys finish last... etc. that I thought an article written by a man for men might be a way of answering some of those questions and opening up the topic for discussion.

I didn´t expect to get such a defensive attitude... I think most of you guys know I pretty much adore men and this is not intended as a slight.

I´m not sure what you mean... one is saying that you shouldn´t pretend to be something that you´re not and the other is saying that you should take your time and not be planning a wedding by the third date... how are they the same thing?

You give me to much credit darling...laugh Just posting an article written by men, for men and wanting to know if people agreed with it... and maybe get a few of the boys talking since they´ve been asking lots of questions lately about why they´re still single, what are women looking for, etc.

Also there has been so much on politics and finances that I thought it would be nice to get back to the whole dating thingy...laugh laugh

In the past several weeks there have been several guys who have posted about how to get a date, find a mate, nice guys finish last etc.... so when I found this I thought it was a good chance for the guys to get some info and find out if women agree with this list written by men...

I think that number 2 and number 3 are the mistakes that many of the men who term themselves "nice guys" make. They are so concerned with being the good guy that they forget to respect themselves and make it all about the woman.

In no way is this supposed to be a thread to target guys or to say that women don´t make the same mistakes, and many others. I just found it interesting coming from a men's website.

Also I think there are more threads posted dealing with women's issues then men's issues and thought it would be nice to open the floor to guys to get some info on dating and making relationships work.
