That is what I have been doing Daniel! I am even picking up an exercise machine tonight! I have been trying soooo hard, but to put on a pound is really annoying.

I got this email about 6 months ago claiming it had happened somewhere in the US. It is a bit of an urban legend.

I have been on a diet for over a week. Limited myself to around 1500 calories a day, with plenty of fresh fruit and veg and low fat. I got on the scales this morning expecting to see some weight loss...........and I have gained a pound!!!

How the hell has this happened??? I havent cheated at all!! I am really disheartened now!D'oh!

Spiders. Yep, those nasty 8 legged freaks. Not just a bit scared, but actually frozen to the spot when I see one. Not as bad since I had children, because I have to try to relax and kill them for them, but I totally freak out on my own.
