As I grow in age, I value women who are over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:

An older woman will never wake you in the middle of the night to ask, "What are you thinking?" She doesn't care what you think.

If an older woman doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do. And it's usually something more interesting.

An older woman knows herself well enough to be assured in who she is, what she is, what she wants and from whom. Few women past the age of 40 give a damn what you might think about her or what she's doing.

Older women are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it.

Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.

Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to an older woman. They always know.

An older woman looks good wearing ruby red lipstick. This is not true of younger women or drag queens.

Once you get past a wrinkle or two, an older woman is far sexier than her younger counterpart. Her libido's stronger, her fear of pregnancy gone. Her experience of lovemaking is honed and reciprocal and she's lived long enough to know how to please a man in ways her younger cousin could never dream of.

Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off you are a jerk if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.

Yes, we praise older women for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed hot woman of 40+, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year-old waitress. Ladies, I apologize.

Depends on the people involved.


I am just thinking out loud, but could his behavior be this way because once you move out, and the split is final he will not have any control of you... & you will be free and on your own?

Sometimes when the person who decides to end the relationship sees you are able to move on, it bother's them. (that goes for males and females.)

I can understand people wanting to protect animals, but PETA (JMO) seems to go over board. No offense, but I am not a fan of Pamela Boob Anderson and she seems to be a big spokes person for them. Guess I'm assuming that a lot PETA members are like her.

I must be a nut case..... First thought as I woke up..... Crap (used S word to be honest)... it's too damned hot!!!

Second thought... hope that church group does not show up at Tim's funeral or near his family and friends. Don't even know this young man or his family, but for some odd reason, I keep repeating in my head... Hope that group stays away... over and over.

Oh well.... dog is in bad need of a hair cut. Rest of the day will be spent cleaning up the hair.

My brother own his own FX company. He would say, his movies are the ones to cuddle up to.... not sure some of them are very uhhh romantic movies.

Butterfly Effect... OK.... Xmen.... OK.... Eorgon...yeah OK.

Just my opinion, but I do feel we are sensitive to the cycles of the moon. I'm not sure if the eclipse has that much effect to cause what is happening around the world, but will affect people's behavior. Guess it is probable.

My observations are based on how the foster children would behave, the emergency room, and looking after people with autism. Some people are more sensitive to the cycles of the moon.

The Pretzel Hold
A Russian and aNewfoundland wrestler were set to square off for the Olympic Gold medal.

Before the final match, the Newfie wrestler's trainer came to him and said, 'Now, don't forget all the research we've done on
this Russian. He's never lost a match because of this 'pretzel' hold he has. Whatever you do, do not let him get yo u in that hold! If he does, you're
finished'; the Newfie nodded in acknowledgment.

As the match started, the Newfie and the Russian circled each other several times, looking for an opening. All of a sudden, the
Russian lunged forward, grabbing the Newfie and wrapping him up in the dreaded pretzel hold. A sigh of disappointment arose from the crowd and the
trainer buried his face in his hands, for he knew all was lost. He couldn't watch the inevitable happen.

Suddenly, there was a scream, then a cheer from the crowd and the trainer
raised his eyes just in time to watch the Russian go flying up in the air.
His back hit the mat with a thud and the Newfoundlander collapsed on top of
him making the pin and winning the match.

The trainer was astounded. When he fina lly got his wrestler alone, He asked,
'How did you ever get out of that hold? No one has ever done it before!'

The wrestler answered 'Well, I was ready to give up when he got me in that
hold but at the last moment, I opened my eyes and saw this pair of testicles right in front of my face.
I had nothing to lose so with my last ounce of strength I stretched out my neck and bit those
babies just as hard as I could.'

So the trainer exclaimed, 'That's what finished him off!'
'Not really... But you'd be amazed how strong you get when you bite your own
nuts.
