chop some bacon and fry it til brown.
cook some pasta in simmering water for 9 mins.
beat 2 eggs and mix it with cheese - a mature chedder cheese is best.
when the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in bacon and then add egg/cheese mixture, being careful not to overcook anything. normally you can turn off the heat prior to adding the egg/cheese mixture as the heat of the pasta is enough to melt the cheese. mix everything thoroughly together. eat. wash up. sleep.serve with good red french wine or, if french wine is not available, some piemonte such as broletto or franciacorta will do.

that was he whole point of us meeting at his house . we were to ride to gether to I HOP in his area in which know nothing about. he asked me to come in and so i did.w e just never mad it to IHOP . i guess again that would be my fault
