I'm asking CS-Land to give some advice for a first date.... Am I being to focused and over doing it.. or Am I okay with this

1. I'll pay for everything. even if she feels obliged to pay her way

2. I'm planning on taking her out for dinner rather than meeting for 'a coffee and a chat'

3. I'll be there early and not late.

4. I am not to expecting anything in return!

5. I'm confident, but i would like to take charge of the evening, not dragging her around but have planned the locations, the meal.. the coffee's or even drinks later, so we won't be sitting there scratching our heads...'wot do we do now?'

6. I'll dress appropriately for the date... She'll know where we are going... and what type of place it will be, so she can dress comfortably too

7. I won't be focusing on myself during the evening, And I won't talk about ex-girlfriends.

8. I'm thinking on the lines of it being like a good meal - when we finish our meals, I was thinking it would be the best time to finish a date.

9. I considering giving her a single Rose (too cheesy?)

10. I'm hoping that should the first date be a success... we'll will arrange to meet again, if it goe's badly..... I'll be back for more advice

Well, there have been times that I have been in situations that I saw things, but was to afraid to do anything about it, so in my case I let it go by.. I saw something Shell posted yesterday that really made me think.. I didn't respond to it, but I should have, seem she was thinking alone lines.. have we all really benn beat up so badly emotionaly, that we just can't live again/ and to those that try to, they just seem to get knocked back down again..
