tiesto73: i may be reading this wrong but are all you americans saying its right to keep guns its your duty to do it for protection ? if guns were banned in america right now do you mabey think the next generation well most of them would mabey be less violent and not think they are gods chosen people .jesus ban guns get rid of armies and war and learn to get on with people this goes for everyone but if someone does piss you off punch him dont bloody shoot them

Sweden is a very peaceful place but every male over the age of eighteen has a military assigned assault rifle under their mattress.

In the US illegal guns are illegal but everywhere. I would not have a problem finding one. I would also not have a problem finding someone that wants someone dead. Thats not my market but it happens.

I am happy for you. Its great that you dont need my opinion. I have not listened to your music. I believe a critic of ones work is important and ones security of their work is also important.

solitare: I have said for years that the so called 'right' to bear arms should be changed to making it mandatory; choose from a list provided by either State authorities or the NRA...( I liked them generally); better yet, people should have the right/ duty to be able to carry the same as members of the military; that underlines the concept of 'equality'...then we can make it mandatory that all drug enforcement authorities take the drugs that they wish to keep others from taking...be that many 'drug laws' get dropped...
Final thought....Venus DeMilo bore her arms and look what happened...
( as a former arms broker, I'll leave you with this: people with guns never go hungry; people with arms never say 'alms...alms, please...')

Solitare im impressed with your intelligence.

tainogirl: Does a man's relationship with his mother in any way influence how he will treat his significant other? I've heard this is an important thing to watch out for as an indicator of possible future behavior with other women? What do you think? When considering a man as a future date or partner do women tend to look at this relationship as a big deciding factor in whether to get involved with a man or not?

It goes both ways, some women want their fathers. The f*ucked up side of this is that you may meet his needs being his 'mom needs' were not satisfied by mom.

Lammycool: This question is maybe a little delicate. Not because of the question itself, but because of the background. Well, we all know 9/11, Khomeini, the Golf-war, Afganistan and so on. The world is fighting against the extrem fundamentalists. Fundamentalism is the adherence to the bases of an idea (thoughts, idea) or belief, in this case, the belief. Those humans stand absolutely behind the Koran, and follow it, word for word. Therefore may many think, the Koran must be a bad book. I read the Koran and I find nothing bad in it. Well, all big religions have their Book and for my thinking, it is a matter of the interpretation, how to use it. The "how" and "why", is not the topic. A lot of People said, what other said, or believe everything what the media tell. I think, to form a own opinion it`s necessary, to know what you`re talking about. I would like to know, how many non-Islamic People have read the Koran.

Ive had some of it translated to me and reconised some of the names and stories. It is very similar to the bible.

In response to: Let's share our ideal romances. For me, the romance between Mary and Nicholas in 'War & Peace' by Leo Tolstoy is one of the ideal ones.

How about your ideals!

To be realistic then my parents, they have been together for forty years. I'll not go into the ups and downs but their happy. What else could a person possibly want?

In response to: Ok this may sound like a whining post, but its not I just want some of your opinions on this.

Basically I am looking for a GOOD man to finally start a life and have a family. He doesn't have to be extremely handsome, but attractive to me ya know... I know people have flaws. I have plenty myself.. But I am looking for the whole American dream thing. I know there has to be men out there who are looking for an honest, loyal, decent looking, smart, educated, funny woman. So I am optimistic that I'll find someone.

So, I start out talking to a guy (and I don't mean just online,) and the topic of "What are you looking for or what do you want?" comes up and I mention eventually what I am looking for and most of them agree they are too. So I accept this at face value and continue talking and getting to know them better... usually a month or two into talking I start hearing stuff like, "Well maybe I am not ready, I still want to date you though." or "Maybe right now I am just looking for sex and no commitment."

I am trying to figure out basically where I am going wrong. Is it my choice in people I chat with or maybe something I am doing? Or is what I am looking for really just too much?

To be honest a month or two is too short of a time. Men usually will give four months to a so so relationship. I get the feeling that you are disscusing childrens names or the future too early in the relationship.

Ambrose2007: I'd hate to think those building fell because they were intolerant! (And how, exactly, do you receive a tolerance? )

Structural tolerance, the building was designed to survive being hit by a plane. When the buildings were designed planes were smaller. The Empire state building was struck by a plane and there was consciousness that any tall building could accidentally be hit. The Towers survived the hit but was compromised by the heat of the fuel burning.

pastortim: Here is something worth reading and watch the video. It has some very interesting information leading back to some posing art students who were inside the Twin Towers and doing some very suspicious things,, well making platforms to do things on the sides of the twin towers, a book on explosive devices and they lived next to the four other attackers. Lots of money was put into their accounts and oh hey, guess what, they were Israeli intelligence officers. You got to check this out.

http://www.infowars.com/art-students-in-wtc-connected-to-israeli-intelligence-service/

You decide. Inside job?

Can you say wag the tail?. Can you say none of the intelligence agents showed up for work that day? Can you say that an artist is going to tend to carry explosives?
Those buildings were not built to tolerances that they recieved.

I wish i knew the right answer but i don't. Children reach an age that they detach them selfs being that they feel that they are adults. Let them some rope and if they get tangled in it give them some love and more rope. They will find a lesson that comes from life. When they become adults they will learn that they can't live as children.

Probably a German shepherd , used by the police in the US also. They have the rank of officers in the US and injuring them is a very serious offense.
