Thanks,
I don't really mind if I'm the F#%k buddy, but when I mentioned that, she didn't like that either. She had a F%$k buddy before she met me and dumped him because I wasn't really into letting her do that. It's a really strange situation that I got into.
She has asked me a couple of times, when I would ask what time it is, if I had another date. I think that the next time she says that, I'm going to say yes and see what the look on her face is. I have two other women online that I have been talking to for over a month, and I would like to meet them if this relationship has hit a dead end.

I think that it's almost impossible for men and women to be friends after a relationship fails. I've tried it a couple of times, and have gotten nowhere. no matter how hard I want to be just friends, the women want a lot more or nothing. It doesn't make sense.

I'm kind of going through the same scenario, The girl I am seeing was the same. We dated a little longer, maybe two weeks before we slept together. The sex was great. she even told me that I needed to work on a quickie. ( I'm not bragging here, It's true) And she was the one that told me that she liked sex everyday.
All of a sudden, things cool off for the last couple of weeks. She says that she doesn't want anything more than dating right now, but yet she got pissed at me when I went to my old girlfriends to get the rest of my stuff. She also wants to date other guys, but doesn't want me to date other women. She talks about long term things in a relationship, but doesn't want to commit
Does any of this make any sense? I really like her, and could see committing to her, but nothing makes any sense. I'm at a loss here, and don't know if I should move on or stick it out. Any Ideas?dunno

First you pick them up for a date with a rose, not a dozen, just one. Add in a small box of hand made chocolates. Then take them to a small bistro type restaurant where there's outdoor seating. after that, take a walk. If you're near water, it makes everything better. from there who knows....... but the best part is.......you have to do something better everyday that tops that!!! it might be simpler, but it has to top it. EVERY DAYwine

I've been talking to this woman online for a few months and we hit it off pretty good. we met, went out for a couple of weeks, and then out of the blue she tells me that her ex boyfriend is moving back from Indiana and that she's still in love with him.
We had talked about him when we first met and I found out that before she kicked him out, he beat up her kid, and his sister that lived with them. He was really jealous and accused her of cheating on him the whole two years they were going out. Then he moved to Indiana, called her from Indiana, told her he still loved her, then remarried his ex-wife. That was August. Oh yeah, he left Florida because he was supposed to be in court the next week. Now he's leaving his ex-wife, moving back in with her and.......
Does anyone see the freight train coming down the tracks besides me? I jumped off the tracks the minute I heard. I feel sorry for the kids, but not for her, but I wish her luck
What is happening in this world?help

I just did that. I left Wisconsin, backed everything I could fit into a backpack, hopped on a sailboat and sailed down to Florida. I've been here a couple of months and love it here. It sure beats the cold weather up there.dancing

Tattoos aren't a fad, they have been around for thousands of years and will continue for many thousands of years. If a woman has a tattoo in a place where you can see part of it but not the whole thing, it's a total turn on to me. I was at a mall yesterday, and saw people from all walks of life that had tattoos. Some were really good, some weren't so good, but they all looked good on the person that had them.

Hey all,
This forum is great. I love the amount of good answers that are coming in. I haven't seen her since last Thursday, and I have no intentions of seeing her again. I'm 250 miles away from her and will be 1500 miles away within a few days.
There is no reasoning with her right now, and hopefully she will just give up. Only time will tell. I shouldn't have slept with her after breaking up with her the first time, but we both had a few too many drinks, and things happened. She is really a good hearted person, but she doesn't see that I'm not in love with her. I'll keep you posted if things kep going, but So far today, there was only about 5 texts and 2 phone messages. I haven't checked my emails, but there's probably at least one of those too.
I think that the worst thing that I could do right now is to sit down with her and talk face to face. The hatred coming out of her right now would make things worse with face to face contact. We'll see.

Thanks for the replies, it's great to hear from a womans perspective. I have said all of those things to her. some within the last hour. Since I've moved to Florida, and she's still in Chicago, the only way to contact me is by cell or by email. I'm going to change my cell number today, and the email will just have to be deleted.
I feel bad for her, because she is a very emotional person, and she just can't move on. I've been telling her for a couple of months that it isn't working, and that we need to stop putting ourselves through this. I moved to Florida two months ago, and knew I was coming back to get the rest of my stuff She kept my car at her place because it was close to the airport, and everything seemed to be fine as friends. she dated other guys, and I dated other women. We didn't really talk about our dating experiences, much, but we did talk some. She's the one that wanted to be friends, but obviously she can't be just friends. At this point, I don't even want to be friends with her, I just want to get on with my life.

I broke up with my last girlfriend a few months ago and she started stalking me. After talking things out, we started seeing each other again, but only as friends. Then it became sexual. She is in love with me, but I'm not in love with her. I tell her that, but she doesn't hear it. I get lines like "You'll never find anyone who will love you more than me" and "We are the best when we are together" and lines like that. I broke up with her a week ago, and she keeps texting and calling me sometimes 20 times a day. All I want to do is move on with someone more emotionally stable. How do you get someone to stop stalking you? and Why is it so hard for women to let go of a relationship?dunno

Personally, tattoos are a beautiful way to express your personality. I have one on my shoulder and am wanting another one. It is the saying, "Don't dream your life...Live your dream". It cost me $375 and took 7 hours. It's the size of a softball.
I don't like flash art tattoos, If you can't have someone draw up a custom tattoo, don't get one.
My girlfriend has two. One is a Chinese symbol on her back by her shoulder. It stands for mother. She says it's the only thing that she's done right in her life. She has a tramp stamp that is custom, and is very sexy!!!

Thanks Eupho and Gilly,
It has been a rough ride, but it's getting better. I got a call today from a kennel asking when I was going to pick my dog up. I asked "what are you talking about?" He said my dog had been there for 46 days. I said that my ex was taking care of the dog and that It was papered under her name. Needless to say, the bill was $700 and I couldn't leave the dog, so I have her and trying to find a home for her. This is the stuff I had to deal with when I was married to her. Glad it's doneD'oh!

Hey, I guess it's time to sit down and get into this thread. I'll keep it short or we'll be here for weeks
I was born in Kenosha, WI and was adopted by two wonderful parents that also adopted my older sister. They were wonderful giving people that gave everything in their lives, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything that they did for me before they passed on. I grew up in a solid household and had many good friends, but only a couple best friends. I still have them today.
My teen years were exciting, but not to the point of getting in trouble with the law. (Close) I did the college thing but never finished. Lived in Chicago for a few years, and met what I thought was the woman I would spend the rest of my life with. Married her, Moved back to Wisconsin. Opened a Catering business and ran it for 13 years. Hooked up with an a#*hole that claimed to be a good businessman and wanted to be partners. My wife cheated on me with her boss. packed up and left. I lost the business the house, and everything i owned except my boat, and what I fit into a backpack. I got on a sailboat and sailed to Florida. I found a place to live, A great girl to spend time with.(she loves me, she just won't admit it yet), and some new friends that will be friends for life. I live by the saying "Don't dream your life.... Live your dream" (I even got a tattoo that says that) I just started living the dream a couple of months ago when I packed up and got on the boat, and life is getting better everyday. dancing cool here's to you

Personally, I think that a woman with a strategicly placed tatoo is hot. Somewhere where you can see part of it but not the whole thing. Sleeves and full body art, is pushing it though.
I just got my first one a month ago, and am all ready thinking about my next one.

I look at it this way, If i ask you out, I'm paying what's $25-$30 for a meal. I've spent more than that on stupid things. If you ask me out, that's up to you. there's nothing worse than a cheap date. I went out with a woman once, she said before we even met, that she would pay for her own. when she got there, she had no money on her and I ended up paying. I didn't mind, but it really takes some nerve to do that.
