YouMeUs: That's why I suggested to hang in there. It does get tiresome, especially when you notice the clock keeps ticking and you're showing little to no advancement in the direction in which you seek.
I've been single and have not been on any real dates in over 5 years now. But I've come to realize that stressing over wanting someone, to love, to be loved by them, tends to pull in the direction of "trying too hard" to get what you want. So I've learned to lower my expectations of finding a good woman. Also, as a side-effect of that train of thought, I'm very rarely ever bored anymore. Find contentment and happiness within yourself, it'll attract others, and then sorting through them will be a lot easier on you.
