I am guessing that some people are confused by your question.
Did you mean AFTER you are already in a sexual relationship with that person, or regarding the initial sexual connection with that person, or both ?

Personally, I like it when the woman comes on to me, if I am already in a relationship with her. IMO, the initiation should happen by both people at different times/days. It would be a burden (for either person) to always be the initiator .

Alternatively, if I am not already involved with that person, it would depend upon whether I am interested in becoming involved with that woman. As I'm sure some people would agree, it's annoying to have innapropriate people hitting on you / coming onto you and embarrassing if done publicly.
