I'm sure you meant love can overcome anything and if someone cheats then more than likely they're not truly in love with their partner. I've made the mistake of trying to keep the relationship despite that a few times but I learned that lesson the hard way.

I think people make mistakes, and it doesn't necessarily mean they don't feel love for their partners.

But that's another thread. wave

He'd have to forgive me when i cheat him as well as a...response to his cheating. What? Don't i have crushes too?

I think people have crushes all the time, they are safe, as long as they don't tell.

I know they were my words.

In regards to cheating nope that would be a deal breaker for sure.

For a moment there, i wished to be as forgiving/giving as you are. giggle

People make selfish decisions, and generally mistakes, but i don't believe my love would overcome things like cheating and many other things.

Am I missing something here?

What does cheating have to do with a partner not wanting children?

Quote/you want to get married, but your partner don't wan children/quoteWell before we were married I would most likely sit down with them and inquire of why they don't want any children.

They may have some medical condtition of why they don't want any children or else they just plain don't want any.

If my love was strong enough for this person I would go ahead and marry them anyway. Cause there shouldn't be any obstacles that two people who are really & truly in love can't/couldn't overcome.

Your words, girl, not mine.

According to your statement, love can overcome anything. Anything would everything.

Okay, Mark...I don't mean to be cruel here...but how is that worked out for you so far? Just recalling your personal relationship tragedies, they seem closely related to not looking into the future and the view that "I would marry the woman to whom I've given my heart regardless of what obstacles may or may not be perceived"?

Aren't there some obstacles which it is wise to perceive and to acknowledge they may in fact prove "disastrous"? I think it's a prescription for disaster to ignore obstacles and warning signs myself.
