Hello everybody... Today is my cs day...lol...Hope ur all having a great sunday, it sure has been a great day so far here.

Please tell me why people, guys and girls, lie about their age, you can clearly see in their pics that they are older, or, they place pics of when they were younger. What can u tell me? Are u comfortable with your age??

I'm 34 years old, was born in august 73, do the math, and I'm soooooooooo happy with my age, have done everything I wanted, when I wanted it, travelled, learned, loved...happy being who I am, including my age!!
When we are too young for something, we say we are older!
"Sure I'm 21" Please let me in".....etc.

When we are older, we say we are younger.
"What do you mean Social Security, I'm too young for that!".....etc.

People try to scam the "Kids eat Free under 12 Years Old" deal.
"Honey I know you just got your drivers license, but ACT YOUNG for the free meal"!
Alot of people aren't happy with their age no matter what it is!!

BUT, It is VERY HARD to lose your youth!!!
Once you get into your 40's and 50's, you're like"How the heck did I get to be THIS age already!

Our society is SOOOO "YOUTH" oriented, and the over 30's start to feel out of it!

I would not lie about my age, weight, or anything, but, I can see why people do!
Honesty would be better, but it just hurts some people too much I guess.

Hey!
I see you've been doing some musical homework again Bulldog!!

You know I am one of the biggest "YES" fans in the world!!

An "Emerson, Lake and Palmer" fan too!
The other day on our local news station during the weather report, they were playing "Welcome Back My friends" from "Brain Salad Surgery", I couldn't believe it, but it was fun to hear!!

Hey Joe!
I like obscure ones like "Cross Town Traffic "etc...

But you mentioned "Hey Joe" which has to be one of the most haunting songs I have ever heard in my life, and I hang onto every note of that song when I hear it!

The anniversary of my mom passing away 2 yrs. ago was just last week.

I was the only one with her as she was dying, and I told her things I wasn't able to tell her,(but should have) many years earlier.

Last year on the date, I planted the only tree I have in my front yard in memory of her.She used to grow beautiful things!

This year was actually harder, my daughter graduated from High School ,and Gramma missed it.

I like the things you said to your mother, and believe me, she took you and your family in her heart with her.angel

I considered it for myself for about 5 minutes, but changed my mind!
I could tell you stories from my brothers though!!!
Good Luck

I'm not a country fan but the one about the little boy wanting to be just like his dad makes me choke back a few. Any help on this one?
You might mean "Cat's in the Cradle" if you are thinking of an older song, and Yes, that one does it to me too!

we met and had a good time but he said the spark wasnt there. Can there be sparks over the phone and on here and then in person its totoally different? Should you go out more than once to see or not? Im really confused and bummed out.

Who knows what people "Imagine" before they meet.
You are a real neat,(and pretty) person.

I think the tables have really turned since decades past.

It used to be the guys would ask a girl to dance, etc.,and get turned down, and some of them got real bummed out!
But that usually didn't stop them from trying again, and that's what you can do now.
Just try it and see, and at some point, it will be fun and right for both of you!

John Madden was in New England to announce a football game one weekend when he noticed a special telephone near the Patriots' bench.

He asked QB Brady what it was used for,and was told it was a hotline to God.
John asked if he could use it, and Brady replied,"Sure, but it will cost you $200."

John scratched his head, then thought, what the heck, I could use some help picking games, so he pulled out his wallet and paid the $200.
John's picks were perfect that week.

The next week, John was in Indianapolis, when he noticed that same kind of phone on the Colts bench,he asked what the telephone was for,and Manning told him,"It's a hotline to God, if you want to use it, it will cost you $500.

Recalling the previous week,John pulled out his wallet and made the call.
John's picks were perfect again that week.

Last weekend, John was in Green Bay, when he noticed the same kind of telephone by the Packers' bench. He asked Brett Farvre, "Is that the hotline to God?"

Farvre said,"Yes,and if you want to use it, it will cost you 50 cents."

John looked incredulously at Farvre and said,"Wait a second,I just paid $200. in New England and $500. in Indianapolis to use the same phone to call God!
Why do the Packers charge only 50 cents?"
Farvre replied,"Because in Green Bay, it's a Local Call!

Welcome to God's Country!"

innocent laugh
