I must use the word positive or write it 10 times a day. I am very positive even in the bad times,Life Happens. I am a winner not whiner. Use to be more negative,learned on my own that positive is the way to be. Sorry it annoys you. Wouldn't you rather be around a person who smiles,gets silly now and then and you laugh. I would,better than a person complaining constantly.
I have my sad or angry times,but I deal with it privately.

I am sorry for the loss of your mother. Condolences to you.
Sounds like your already started,you have to appreciated what you have. For me at my lowest,I have realized I could be miserable the rest of my life and make others around me miserable ,or I could accept life isn't fair and that I got a rotten deal. Then be thankful for what you have and use determination to pick yourself up and do the best you can with what you have. Laughter is great for helping someone feel better.Try to have a positive outlook. Sometimes helping others,helps you to feel better about yourself. You can't depend on others to make you happy in your soul,you have to to that yourself,but being around positive people who make you feel good always helps. Enjoy life,realize we all have our low times,but we have our good times too.You are a unique person. Tell yourself that you will move on and try to concentrate on the positives. I am suggesting this because it has helped me.
