When I called the finally asked me for information..description drivers liscence etc...........oh yes and they want me to get fingerprinted (at my cost) to clear it up.............which is fine ...although i dont see why I have to pay anything to clear up their mess

It is definately untrue..........my last name wasnt the same........never been to texas.....when I called them they said they would try to straighten it out .............may take a month...in the meantime my file is marked and although my workplace understands nothing can take the mark off till this is settled. I feel totally violated, marked........It is terrible, I found an article online where this has happened to hundreds of people from this company...........unbelievable!...........all they had to do was type in my middle name or use my social..........they did neither........its rediculous that a company can ruin you career and reputation because of carelessness

I am sooooooooo ticked...Just got a job promotion so my company did a background check with choicepoint. Came Back I was supposedly a prostitute in texas 30 years ago! I almost got fired, my company thinks I am a whore and the stupidest thing is My last name wasnt even the same then..........I was 16 and unmarried........I am devastated, embarraed at work.........Do you think I have a slander case? What would you do?

I think age is just a number.............at 47 I dated a 33 year old for months,,,,,,,,,,we were very compatible in every way.....I have found alot of men who were younger who were interested in dating me, I would date someone in their 30s but not their 20s.........I have a daughter that age...........a little to freaky for me
