One way I tell is when my profile reads;

Happily Married to PeachesandCream whom I (Raynew) met here on CS in 2006.

In the emails I get, the girl claims to have read my profile and wants to know more. Even includes an email addy.

I write back telling them to learn how to read English and then I hit the scam link reporting them grin

This is the way I feel. Shelia is a devout Baptist while I'm one of those sinning unbelievers. I respect her for her belief and even go to church with her.

Besides, what kind of god allows his priests to molest children and let them get away with it?Earl

I have FFVIII installed on my comp which I'm currently playing thru and I'm also into World Of Warcraft on a private server. After paying to play Ultima Online for 7 years, I refuse to pay a monthly fee now.

Also on my comp, Diablo 2, GuildWars, James Bond 007; NightFire and Halo

Beef Cattle are humainly killed?... Most cases they are shot with a small caliber handgun or thier throats are cut and they are bled out. Slaughter houses aren't a pretty sight.

As for wild game meat being tough or gamey.... I just have to say that your cook really sucked as a cook. I have often slipped venison in on cookout with friends. Some are even very much against hunting and swear they would never eat wild game. Yet they have complimented me on my cut of beef. I never have the heart to tell them what they have eaten, nor do I want to rub their noses in it.

I believe in live and let live.... you live your way and I will live mine.

I still get them in here now and then. They claim to like what I say in my profile and would love to get to know me better. I write back telling them they should brush up on their English as it is stated in my profile that I am married to someone I met in here.

Then I hit the scam link reporting them grin

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being seated next to a christian "right to life " woman on a 4/12 hour airline flight . She mentioned that she really liked Palin for her same strong belief of the "right to life" issue. This woman went on to explain how cruel the termination of an undeveloped fetus was - that an undeveloped fetus is seen sucking it's thumbs early on........ and that it is a conscious alive human being. She also suggested that studies showed that women who terminated pregnancy after rape were so much more emotionally disturbed for life than if they birthed the child...
She and her husband both hunt deer and game.
My question to her was ; How can any person , Christian or not , believe that's it just fine to blow the heart out of a wild animnal and watch it squeel in agony - just for sport, and at the same time be so dead set that a human fetus is so incredibly sacred that it's life should never be taken ????
And, I went on further to ask her if her own daughter was raped , would she demand she kept the child ??
She answered - GOD in the bible tells us that he put animals on this earth for us to take for food !!!
What a F____cking cop-out that BS is !! Unbelievable stubborne crap ! " Hiding behind the Bible " !!
She also said she would demand her daughter keep a child created by rape ...................................

You know my feelings on this ............What about YOU ? How do you feel ?????

First, the right to choose or right to live, depending on how you want to look at it. In my opinion, I guess it depends on personal preference and life or death. In the case of rape, if I had a daughter in that position, I would support her if she didn't want the child.
In the case of life and death, I'd go for the abortion to save the mothers life. If far enough along, we do have the technology to help a premature child.

Now onto the issue of it just fine to blow the heart out of a wild animnal and watch it squeel in agony - just for sport
I'll admit that I am a deer hunter, not a sport hunter. I hunt to put food on the table and it is a fact that venison is a whole lot healthier for you than beef. Venison has less fat than beef. When I shoot a deer, my first thought is to make my shot count so that animal doesn't suffer any more than is necessary. To tell the truth, I have never heard a deer squeal in agony after being shot.
Only once have I had to do any real tracking for a deer due to a misplaced shot. I was hunting from a tree stand and after that one time, I stick to the ground. It took three hours of tracking before finding that deer.
I know of instances where some people would shoot a deer and not bother searching after 15-20 minutes if they don't find it. These are the idiots who give us decent hunters a bad name. If I can't make a good shot, I don't take it.

My first wife was Catholic and no, religion had nothing to do with our breakup.

We had to do the marriage classes and such before we could get married. The priest was of the devout French belief. I was treated like a black marrying a white and I was told that I had no say in what religion my children would be brought up in.
When I mentioned how I wanted my kids to make their own decision in whether or not they wanted to go to church, I was given a sermon on how I would be depriving my children the beauty of the Catholic religion. I almost told him to put it somewhere but my ex wanted to get married in that church.

If I was smart back then, I never would've married her. laugh
