Just perhaps not as soon as some would like to see it

He's made his mistakes like all the other presidents, but he still has a job most of us would not "touch, with a ten foot pole."

I try to pray for him and all the decisions he has to make and all the lives those decisions affect

I don't think I can honestly judge him until I "walk a mile in his shoes"

When our lawn mower broke and wouldn't run, my wife kept hinting to me that I should get it fixed. But, somehow I always had something else to take care of first, the truck, the car, playing golf - always something more important to me.

This happened in the Coast Guard. I was an aircrewman on HH52's and we had just returned from a routine flight. I stepped out of the chopper to place the wheelchocks and watch the rotor blade locks during shutdown. Being 5'1", my feet never touched the ground as I had forgotten to undo the safety belt I was wearing. A strap went from the belt to the ceiling inside the chopper and stopped me with my feet six inches off the ground. I didn't hear the end of it until at least a month had gone by
