My thing is the motivation to keep moving and keep excercising. I have asthma which affects how much I can do. There are a couple other things which cause me to be short of breath. I won't go into a bunch of details about that, but it is difficult for me to keep at something long range. I have started things many times, but something usually happens, I stop it for a while, but I never seem to be able to get back into the groove again. Any suggestions??? And I would like to know what some of you do about your weight, motivation, or breathing issues. confused

Nothing is ever completely permannent. All anyone can do is hope for the best. My best and worst relationsips were with older men, at least 13 years older than me. They were all the longest relationships that I ever had which was when I was with an older man. I have decided that I do need to tone it down to men that is around around the 10 years mark. I still can't help to think that it works better if the man is older than the woman, at least by a few years. I'm not saying that I wouldn't date a younger man or I would never date a man my age ever again. I don't want to limit it to only dating a man who is exactly a certian many years older or younger than me. I'm just saying sometimes there needs to me a range so someone can be open to things, but have boundaries at the same time. Also, friends come in all ages. grin

All women are not like that. The bad women give the good woman a bad rap which isn't fair. Do you think so???

Rock bottom is tough. When I hit rock bottom, I was slammed dunked and didn't see it coming. I was trying so hard to keep from hitting rock bottom. But when I lost my very first place of my own, I lost my boyfriend, I lost all my money, I lost my job, and I lost my health, I woke up and seen that I had to start climbing the ladder back to the top. I ain't made it back up yet, completely, but I am going to get there. It will only happen if I don't give up. Someitmes, it is very hard to keep going, but I usually start thinking about what happened to me and how it felt to be at rock bottom. I never want to be there again.

There are some people that think that it is horrible when two people are more than 10 years apart, but I'd say, if the two people love each other and respect each other the way they supposed to and each one takes care of the other and treats them right, then I would go for it. I wouldn't cahnge for anybody unless I thought it was to benefit myself. There does need to be some kind of boundaries.

You can fall in love to a certain point, but there comes a time when you want to meet and if you continue to talk, you'll need to meet.

I know I am introverted. I've tried to be exroverted and I've tried to be neither, but I seen that I can not be an extrovert because that is not who I am and being neither isn't possible; you are either outgoing or shy. of course shy people are extroverted and outgoing to some point because we can not go through life not talking to people and not communicating at all. I am naturally a loner which is a big part of why I do not have very many friends. I like to have friends, but that doesn't cahnge who I really am. I am a loner and there are many people who are scared, frustrated, or intimeidated by loner's. It is because these peopole do not understand loner type people. dunno

the longer you smoke the more at risk you are for lung cancer, throat cancer, mouth cancer, any kind....but mostly, the damage of smoking is irreversible if you quit....the reason i say mostly is because you can develop asthma, emphysema, bronchitis, cancer, and nurmous other illness' and diseases by smoking....when you get ready to quit you will know it because you will lay the cigerettes down and will never pick them up ever again...that is what i done when i smoked...i started smoking three times, the first time, i smoked for 8 years, then the second time i smoked was for about 6 months, then the last time, i somked was for only two or three weeks...it takes time to detoxify yourself 100% completely.....after i quit the first time, i was quit for three yearsbut now, if i even think about smoking or am around someone that smokes, it makes me sick to my stomach...give it time....if you're really wanting to quit, you will...

i wouldn't reccomend it for anybody...it can cause major problems...and in the end, you could wind up spending more money than what you were trying to save...for instance if they were to steal everything and take off.....it would also be a bad situation if the man was a very jealous man...it could cause real problems....just what i think....

i eat meat and vegtables....but generally, as far as the meat goes, i only eat chicken, turkey, and beef...i don't like to eat ham, fish, deer, squirrl...i could go on...there are tons of hunters around in kentucky and tennessee and the hunters hunt for squirrls, deer, rabbits, turkey, etc. during the seasons and freeze it...
