new ideas on old subjects, and so there are things posted in the old forums by people that aren't here now, so it's nice to be reminded of things and to let new people know of what kind of people use to be here...just what i think....angel

i think a kiss on the hand is quite lovely...blushing it always made me blush, but it's a good blush when someone does something sweet like kissing your hand...love

I enjoy flea markets, yard sales, and consignment shops. I love getting a good deal. Like, at the consignment shops, they carry seasonal cloths most of the time, like they only have havey winter coats and sweaters during the winter months, when winter is nearing the end, they have sales to try to make sales on what is left, and to make room for more clothing for the new seasons. There is one inparticular one that I like to go to, it's a local store, they were having sales on all the jackets, coats, etc. and I found an ADIDAS jacket for only $4.00. It was in really good condition, I might add. cool

i really love wildflowers....but if my boyfriend or husband, which ever the case may be in the future, if he bought me a dozen roses and gave them to me, i would be really happy....they aren't cheap and he at lease made an effort in trying to make me happy...if somone is in love with you and loves you, or even a friend that loves you like a friend, if they really care they would want to make you happy and help you out......

anyway, if he continued to buy me the roses, i would eventually let him know that i would love it if he got me some wildflowers sometimes...

Maybe getting into the woods can bring one (or in this case two..) out of the woods!!
very true...

Movies, bad idea. You both sit there in silence watching someone else do what you want to be doing. Dinner, great idea. Camping would be nice. A natural setting without disturbances. Campfire being the only light (as 1 big candle) The peacefulness of nature at night does bring out the honesty in people. If things work out, zip the 2 sleeping bags together, and have fun. Paws
the camping is a great idea...to me, i'd have to be able to trust them at least a little bit before going out in the woods alone with them...but it would be a really great get-away...angel

I would have fun at a bingo hall and if we get hungry eat something from the snack bar. Then there are the stock car races and hot dogs. Next month there is the company picnic at my job that would be fun. Hmmm what else? If I feel safe and know the person well that I am going out with then maybe to a lake have a picnic and maybe do some fishing. The last one sound very nice to me right now. A whole day with no work, no hussle bustle, and peace and quiet with someone special. Just daydreaming I guess...sometimes think things like that do not exist anymore.
sounds really cool...i have wondered about if i was the only one who thought going to the lake and having a picnic would be cool to do...i think that would be so relaxing and fun hanging out at the lake...and like you said, knowing the person before you done that, i think i would be the same way, personally too...

Try to have fun, and just date for a while, and if it goes well with someone, then go with it....Just be happy chillin with someone because if they didn't like you then wouldn't be haning with ya...So, just be happy with it for the time being because it won't always be like that where you can date, and hang out with your friends...And if nothing else comes out of the dating thing, at least you've had some fun and maybe a few friends too...and true friends are priceless...

What is something other than a movie and dinner someone can do on a first date or any date???? Hearing what some people may be interested in doing would be cool, just what you think might be fun and you would like to try....

I think sometimes people have to realize that someone may need that space on "their" terms and just be senitive to that.
so true....
