How would one define 'bullyiing?'

The boss is out today, as well as his next-in-command. Also, my one co-worker left early. So there are just 2 of us to man (or woman, in our case) the ship! I have work to do... but it's Friday & I don't feel like working! What can I do??

Tom DiamondJust for thought,,,,,,,,do you think us guys should keep our places of abode xtra clean for future prospective visits from women or just be natural and let it all hang out ?
I mean,don't women expect guys to be guys? I mean does it make any difference if a sock, shirt, book,towel or stuff common to Guy Caves are out of place long as the front yard is mowed ? Garage is spic-span? Toilet seat down and clean?Does it really matter that a hair or fur ball from a dog or cat is rolling around on the Vinyl in the kitchen?

I know what you mean.... some posts are hilarious... but I agree there are too many on here that like to poo-poo peoples threads.

It clearly stats in the Forums rules...if you don't agree with a comment.. do no post.

You reap what you sow.... if you are negative, you attract negative.

of course not.... i like to read all threads... that's why I use the forums....

I don't need to seek attention by slamming others... lighten up a little...

I guess the forums are filled with negative crap because it hard for crap to be positive? I don't know, just sayin'.Although, in the case of my late mother, God rest her soul, who died because she couldn't crap, maybe crap would be a positive.

The forums are a great way to get crap out that normally hold people back from moving forward with their lives.

Forums also help them to see that they are not the only ones with their particualr problem.

Discussing things helps people form new opinions from talking with others.

All of this is healing and positive. It gives people hope and people who are there for you while you heal.

So what appears at first to be negative, isn't in fact like that at all.

Its a fair point, I guess, Pete!! I think even if one is mistrustful, one would know that not everyone will be a liar and a cheat, it stands to reason. Its only those who are not particularly bright??

But, don't forget..... having the mental agility over and above that of a bag of pot pourri is not a requirement for joining the site..... I think that much has been established, yeah? One only has to be over the age of 18.... and that's chronologically.....!!

I've found the same on my travels. Tourists or foreigners who don't speak the language are easy game.

In the markets here in Russia I find being a woman helps if you approach a stall with a male serving. You have to play them at their own game!

If I go anywhere here where an admittance fee is required I have to try to speak as fluently as possible, which is difficult as my Russian is appalling, or try to persuade a native friend to accompany me. I have to say though, it's only here in Russia where I have found such blatant overcharging for tourists or non- natives.

Seriously though, if one makes an effort at learning the language and being friendly (if your stay is longer than a two week holiday) there shouldn't be a problem.
