About 2 years ago I had a membership with Yahoo personals.
it is auto pay.
I closed my account as required by their rules.
but for 9 months+ they kept taking the $$$$ from my back account,, each time I had a hell of a fight to get it back,, and continued telling them that my account was closed.. and they just kept taking the $$$$.

Enter with caution....
They are really nasty about it!

After over 9 months, I finally had to take my original Yahoo account cancellation printout to my bank to force them to stop.

BE SURE YOU PRINT ONE OUT IF YOU ARE OR EVER DO USE YAHOO!

Have any of you used it and had peoblems?

You misquoted. It goes like this:

What's yours is mine and whats mine is mine.

Seriously though, I would like to see a law in every state and province mandating a pre-nup as part of the marriage license. This would totally remove any hurt feelings and potential damage to a budding relationship and remove a very big burden from the courts. With a divorce rate around 50% it just makes sense to define "pre-marital assets" so that niether party can take the other to the cleaners.

This is a very important topic and a big departure from the normal crap I see filling this site lately.

thumbs up thumbs up thumbs up thumbs up
agreed!
I sure as hell wouldn't get married again without one, But I also wouldn't let a gal move in without a sim. agreement.
I've just had too much of my stuff walk off to not protect myself.
But then I also have a living will and POA filled out.

For those that think I'm too tough about it, Let someone take everything you have and see how fast you change your tune!

like the movie scarlet letter. would be great if cheaters were branded in a clearly visible place so everyone knows.
So many people have no shame at all.
myself.. wouldn't be any discussion, if she is going to cheat.. she better already have her stuff packed and out.

I loved it on the news a long while back when a woman caught her husband cheating.. she scattered his cloths all over the lawn and his fishing boat in the front of the house she painted "cheater" all over it!

This would be a great clause to put into a prenup!
if either one cheats... you get nothing!!!
Including the kids if there are any.

So- do you think it might stop a few from cheating if they knew that they would loose everything,, house, car, kids, all furniture, and so on?
pluss no kind of support.. nothing but their cloths!?

if not, lets make it even tougher!
if caught cheating.. the guy gets casterated and women get total breast removal with a law that no Dr can later correct it.yay

Give people every good reason to stop and think real hard before cheating!

Well, I think there is two sides to every story. I think why some come on here and talk about what the other has done to them is because maybe they don't want others to know what they have done. Or maybe they want to talk about it and get feedback and can't look past that persons faults to see their on. I know I am guility of posting things about the man I am with. I have put in my posts that I am also at fault as well as he is. I've done wrong as much as he has if not more. I'm no angel, but I have tried turned my ways around. This is just my opinion. I'm not knocking on anyone.
