I agree with all of you that cheating is a hurtful thing a very hurtful and sad thing. but we all must remember that we are human beings and it is in our nature to procreate and to do that we must be able to have more than one partner in life..... Now that being said I do not fancy cheating on anyone in anyway shape or form.. But I know that it exsists and sometimes temptation is way to strong for you not to give in to it.. We are not Jesus we are human, sinful, full of lust, and desires that are wanting into a need to be fullfilled...

I have done both I have cheated and I have been cheated on. And both ways I was hurt beyond compare... No matter how I spin the tale it comes out to I failed and gave into temptation.. No matter what the circumstances were.... It doesnt matter,.... I became what I vowed I'd never be.... And since then I have no had that cheating spirit in me... I have to count my lucky stars that I was not "caught" or the lie never came to light.... I did this once and I vow never again... It is too painful for both the cheater and cheatee so to speak.... So in essence you have to have been on both sides of the fence to truely be able to know how badly it is to be cheated on and to cheat on someone else.... I know that I have learned my lessons the hard way.... the very hard way....... Hope this helps.....

Sorry but in my opinion, and it's just my opinion....
How your opening statement is nothing but hogwash!
( some)Animals can not control their urges but HUMANS CAN.
Even some animals mate for life.
Humans have full control over their actions.
You make it sound like we don't... so what... if I get mad, is it ok to kill someone because I can't control it? NOT !!!

If it is out of your system Fantastic for you! life will be happier!

my son left home 21 years ago but I know if I need his help I usually dont have to ask.

My mum died in feb this year and he immediatley gave me a cheque to cover the fact I needed time off work and would not get paid. But most of all he and his wife were a good support network as was my daughter and grandchildren.

Is funny how sometimes they can come through when least expected.
Few are so lucky.

Some kids just really couldn't care less.

I know I have often joked about not being able to get my son to move out but I have to admit he has really come through for me this time.

Since losing my job several years ago, I have struggled financially to keep my house. My son suggested giving up his apartment and moving back in with me to help us both out financially. I took him up on his offer.

I'm not sure how long this arrangement will have to last but I sure do appreciate his help now.

Does anyone else have an example of their kids coming to their rescue?

Sometimes we do return the help.
as the old saying, you reap what you sow.
Most of my childhood my Grandmother raised me after my folks ran off.

about 2 years ago my Granny (80+) had a severe stroke, Fortunately I worked in a nursing home at the time, made decent $$ so that was no issue. After she was released from the hospital she came to our nursing home for 2 months, she could no longer live alone.
So we had a choice, either she could stay in the home or go home with me and have a home nurse check her often.

I moved her in with me, was great being able to return all she had done for me!!!!!
Was so hard for her, she had always been so independent. Before the stroke, she still worked 6 hours per day as a teachers assistant.

Loosing her own home was the worst.
but at least she was happy that she didn't have to stay in the nursing home! She had always told me that she did not want to pass in a home.
Sadly, only 2 months later she had another severe stroke, She survived till all of the family from out of state made it there.
after that I just couldn't live in my home so I sold it ans moved back to my hometown.
Just so glad she was at home.

Thank you all!! Seriously!

Not one word of this thread is true or in any way reflects how I feel..

The entire thread was a test of the temperament of the women here and the double standards that they live by and place on us men here.

This entire thread.. title,, ALL questions and the opening paragraph are all an exact copy of another thread asking where have all the handsome 45 yr olds gone.

Ladys.. go read that thread and see the difference in how the men reacted. as far as that goes.. read how the women reacted also.

There were no nasty comments and it was laughed at......
yet.. when a guy ask the women the EXACT same thing.. the women all want to attack and bear claws.

The ONLY point here is............ Men fairly constantly get put down here and belittled, and most of the women think it is funny and cute...

but let the women get the same treatment and mass hysteria.

Lets try playing fair.

If this thread is going to come back,, this part also needs to be repeated so others don't start with the wrong idea again.

I hawe a simple question to you.I hope your answer been simple too.

Are you fascist or not?

Try asking a question that makes sense in reference to the section you had highlighted.

1. (sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

No.
Everyone here knows I do not agree with Government.

Sadam was the model fascist !

Know it !

But I still enjoy chatting it a bit.

Most who claim to be Christians are such Hypocrites.
Yes, The Bible says not to judge others. However.... It does not tell us to become blind to those who are false Christians.

Many try to use paraphrased sections of the Bible to make their bad actions appear good. Yet refuse to read and understand the entire meaning and message.
Or more properly put....... Most ignore the majority of it, in order to live however they want- yet proclaim to be a true Christian.

dunno

"78. There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. It is they who tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it!"

This describes the vast majority of people who claim to be "Christians"

Claiming to believe in God and the Bible.. Yet pick and choose what parts they want to follow and what parts they don't like gets ignored.

These actions say that they want to follow the path.. but only till it gets to a harder section to follow.

People keep changing the meaning of the Bible, till it becomes mute.

This is like when drinking water... clean and pure, but not much taste to it,
So people keep adding stuff to it to change the taste...
When do we reach the point that we can no longer call it water?!

If we make coffee from water.. is it still JUST water? is it still pure and good for the body? can we still bath in it and become clean?
No........

I am slightly confused.

If these people were of Islam, Where did thes names come from?

Mary = English name ?

Jesus= Mexican ?

43. "O Mary! worship thy Lord devoutly: Prostrate thyself, and bow down (in prayer) with those who bow down."

Would this not suggest that we pray with those who also follow God... Not with those whom do not believe?!

Personally, I don't think that we ever should have had the rating system established. I do agree that if one doesn't want to rate a particular photo - that option should be in place.

People do not have to use the rating, easy to turn it off.
A lot of people enjoy it. so it don't hurt anything.

Looks matter to a lot of people, otherwise we wouldn't have potential Miss America on stage in Bikini's, and there would be a lot less attractive models in magazines.dunno

Many times we get complaints about the photo rating system.

I am not complaining here, but just throwing out a suggestion to fix it.

When we use the rate system.. You must rate a photo to see the next photo.

Some people are nicer looking than others, thats just life.

But do you think it would be a good ideal to have a pass button along with the rating?
This way we don't have to rate every picture.. just skip on to the next photo.

hug
