Please don't leave it until its too late to find answers....

Thanks Wikked for your advice. My problem just comes from a life situation that I can't control. I moved here to help my parents, and the area just isn't conducive to a single 41 year old. It isn't a major problem but it is something that started to bother me.

I just need to keep my eyes open more. I'll meet someone here eventually. It's only been a recent thing.

Guitarplayer, lvslife and froggy all agree I should not abuse myself. Except for drinking I don't do this. Probably should'nt drink to forget. It's what I'm doing now. Thanks for your suggestions and help. When I drink, I'm no longer depressed. I agree I do need to change this!

I've got the people part. Some of my co-workers are good to talk with. And I have a few times. I 've helped them a little too.
The depression stems from my living environment. I moved to Pa. to help my elderly parents. VERY RURAL area. No single people! I'm 41. This ain't good!
