I have a funny feeling i've been added to a scammers list after posting an add selling some really good stuff off dirt cheap.....and since i posted the add i get a steam of russian models and overseas business opportunities that are clearly money laundering and stolen cheques along with the obvious model pictures that someone are using to try to scam lonely people.
Not only do i like eastern europe and pretty women, i also like to travel....so there in the wrong ballpark emailing me for 15 emails and then asking me to pay for a visa/travel documents etc.
Now i tell them the cost of the visa in moscow from the consulate...about £65 for 6 months.....or why not get the 10 year version for £200.
The irony is i'd happily go out with a russian lady if i met her and we got on well, i'd have no problem at all....but knowing theres loads of scams out there might put someone off seeing someone that is genuine!
I talk to a lady in Georgia, shes deninately genuine and it would be a shame if she didnt make friends just because people assumed everyone out there was a scammer.
The fake ones have hard luck stories etc....and i reply to every one thinking is this one going to ask for money for a visa etc in under 15 emails!
The last one mentioned it would be a great shame if we missed this opportunity, are you sending the money?
Talk about blatant! I hope he found the real prices of visas and the external travel documents the Russians need though....
Best one i had by far though was from this site, she sent me a mail saying she was in london...so i think, oh she seems nice....all else fails its a night out on the south bank with a new friend. Then i add her to the immediate gmail addy and then i get a reply from two completely different women with different pictures!
A shoddy scam operation but i genuinely feel sorry for the people they catch out, after all the people they catch are only looking for someone to love.
It's cruel to say the least
Peace to all, and if your nice and a Russian feel free to contact me, and i say that sincerely
