Rachael Ray TV is looking at a little bit of a legal mess after a former accountant for her TV cooking show was fired, apparently because he has an eating disorder.

The accountant, Aaron Ferguson, has filed a $1 million lawsuit Manhattan's state Supreme Court claiming that he was fired for being anorexic.

Aaron Ferguson, who is suing CBS Corp., CBSTD Inc. and 3 Rachel Ray TV employees, says he constantly had to put up with "hostile behavior" and "vile" comments from his supervisor and others.

Some of the "discriminatory" remarks made were: "Anorexics are sick in the head."

"Anorexics should not be able to work."

Funny isn't it when there's a thread asking for advice, somehow even on a sensible thread like this somehow someone can manage to pick a fight and then get abusive.

If this isn't reason enough to question why on earth you are here and whats your motivation for being here i don't know what will.

I think its pretty sad and pathetic and a pretty accurate reflection why some people cant get some self respect and dignity and not display this type of behavior.

I went out with someone who turned out to be a religious maniac and she said she had a religious vision! I ordered many more drinks and watched the show!!

Mind you at first she was going to be a serial killer and cut off my head and use my skin to make a lampshade so you always have to look for the positives in any story.

I got home safe without even loosing a testicle.

Yeah its pretty damn good at this end, the place is clean, ive scoffed food i found a dvd that isnt dull as hell and i had a haircut so i dont look like a toilet brush.

Never flog a dead horse, it's a waste of your time and energy and makes a terrible mess of the poor horse as well.
