I have stuck to raw foods, and green smoothies. Definately a plus.
Lots of info, no processed foods. And very reasonable priced for a healthy lifestyle. Blend it, drink it. applause

The exorcist was the worse for me.
People lined up for hours when it first came out.
People were puking in their seats. You could feel the stuff under your feet. I didn't sleep up all nite.
I cann still hear people screaming in the theater.

What would you do? a friend recently told me she has a lawyer not supporting her now over an insurance claim. Not unusual, since companies do not want to pay out. There will be no sympathy from the jury he tells her, just whining and a big complainer. Any suggestions on how to handle this. She has asked for my advice but would like other people's opinions. No not everything is given, but that is it in a nutshell.

Has anyone heard of the lack of melatonin in children and teens.
I heard this on the radio, that teens lack the melatonin, so they are up nites more, sleeping in during the day and not getting to school.
Wonder if this is the same with children?
