[quote=rwantin]My guess is because of my geographical location, I'd receive a polite note:

Thank you for participating. Based upon your ZIP code, we see you a). smoke and b). are not rich.

Thank you for playing. Next...

Not rich, i can't imagine that is why you were rejected. Go fiqure our society. I think I need a site for people who get rejected from these sites.

[quote=princess49503]What does e-harmony say when they reject you????

Why would they want to reject anyone??

just not compatible with anyone, mine ws to caring. At least that is what they said, i don't believe them, to caring, i don't care about anything in life, homeless people they should get a life, animals--they are not good for anything but ...........Just kidding lol

I work as a nurse, and I am caring and compassionate. Guess it might be too much for somebody, who knows.

[quote=Charli15695]LOL.....hey, happened to me too! Let's form a support group...Is there a 12 step program out there for dating sites???

I should have asked them that about the support group.

Here is another site called

.. You have to get voted in by posting your pic.
Then people vote yes or no for you to be on the website.

Now that is what I call pathetic.

But maybe with the rejections i could start a website for them.rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

[quote=thewall2]That happened to my parents once.My mom dreamed six numbers and gave it to my DAD to play.

He forgot to play them and all 6 numbers came out.....For three months, they didn't talk.I was 5 years old,and ALL I remember was seeing a huge whole in the WALL.....that my father smashed, after not playing the numbers.

That happened to a friend of mine.
She told her husband to play the 6 numbers.
Instead he stopped off for a drink.
When she saw him , no ticket and out a few millions.

Needless to say they are no longer together.

[quote=rwantin]I drive my car maybe once or twice a week. Hard to get much in the way of groceries on the bike. And I'm close to the office. Gas-wise, all is pretty well...

I'm big on ordering stuff online. I'd like to think that makes me more efficient, but the reality is I'm probably too lazy to go out and buy something..

Never thought about online shopping, will start looking into that one.
of coursecomputer illerate but what the heck will give that one a try.

I just went to purchase a phone.
I am thinking that when things break down, only replace if necessary.
I was able to do a few errands and that was it.
NO running around in the car anymore wasting gas.
Just making necessary and needed trips.

Anyone else coming up with ideas for cutting costs for driving the car besides cycling and walking. Or maybe buying the much needed motorcycle to get around.

The cost for a barrell of oil hit over $140.00. and it keeps going up.

At lost to deal with it except cut out trips or buying anymore unless necessary.

And when it breaks down anything forget replacing it.

I hate to say I smoked, and would have to work myself up to quitting.
That took 6 months. But it was cold turkey for me. Then lots of water to flush out the nicotine. Now when I am around smoking. Yuck, and pee yew. Good luck in whatever you decide.

[quote=trish123]Different names in different countries Claire.......

The doctors here will only prescribe it for 12 weeks cos of side effects but I dont know of anybody who has tried it and failed - gonna have a go myself too before this yrs out

Just be warned of the side effects. That is all I wanted to get out for everyone. My friend is on it and she is showing signs of depression. She is even admitting that she feels something is wrong.
Good drug/ Bad drug. Depends on the person taking it. Our chemical
structure for each one is differenT. That is why side effects happen.
This news release was on CBC radio that I had heard of the serious side effects.

Have you tried rescue centers specifically for the dogs.
I have rescued dogsin the past and they are more then willing to help you find responsible owners for the dogs. Good luck.

I think that is how you spell it. Anyways on the market for helping people to quit smoking.

SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS NOTED: News release that serious side effects.
Over 1000 people reporting agitation, hostility, and depresssion.

And if you are depressed, intensifies the depression. So take note if you or anyone else is on it. Talk to your doctor about getting off of it.

Take care everyone.teddy bear

Well said. If you don't know the drug that is prescribed, lookit up.
Unfortunely these drug companies can't wait to get a drug out on the market. I have had first hand at getting a drug(prescribed) to find out the research is limited, and the groups(participants) were tested only for 12 weeks, then 6 months and with that the drug was on the market. Also there was no listing of long term side effects.

And that scares the hell out of me. Drugs on the market without long term side effects.

I never took the drug. Get informed, and do your research for prescribed drugs and supplements. Your nearest pharmacy is the best bet.
