School shootings seem to be a sick phenomenon of our times. Beginning with the Austin, Texas shooting in 1966 there have been 100 of these horrific crimes. Students should be looking forward to completing their finals and graduating not trying to wipe Black Monday out of their heads.

One of my children is graduating from a college a province (sim. to a state) away. Another is considering attending a college two provinces away. I'm sending prayers to the parents of those who have died as well as those who are with their children in hospital today.

There seemed to be a severe communication breakdown at the college administration level. Video cameras and metal detectors would have to be installed in every school not just colleges. You would need police officers or military heading campus security in order to respond immediately to a crisis of this magnitude.

An accountant, a lawyer and a cowboy were standing side-by-side using the urinal.

The cowboy zipped up and as he was walking out the door said," I
graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and they taught us not to piss on our hands."
