I reckon 'The Wall' applied for a grant from the Prince's Trust... but didn't qualify as he's not old enough!

Poor Prince Charles - 60 this week and only a few decades left to look forward to with the lovely 'Come_hither_Poke_her_boils'!

Love is... everything.

Good one Barren.............. until people embrace a wider love their individual love for a special person just won't be so good!

Love should not hurt - if love hurts then something is wrong in how you define love and if you have true love how can it possibly hurt?

(easier said than done - I'm sure I'd still blubber and rant and tear out handfuls of pubic hair etc if I lost the woman I love!)

well i did read today that the older you get, the fewer hangovers you get as the brain shrinks and has more space to cope with the swelling that alcohol causes!! so maybe the over 70's just aren't suffering when they come online and can be more tolerant!!

I can assure you it happens way before 70!

I can cope with the brain swelling ...it's when other bits refuse to swell one can get a little intolerant, but by the time I'm 70 I guess I'll be used to it and tolerant and totally not give a shit about anything!

Ok here is what I propose , a standard 50 book challenge , for those of you that don’t know a 50 book challenge is a common enough thing, the basics are you set your self a goal of reading 50 books in a year (if you think 50 is way too high for you ,you can always set a lower number for your self) We could start on Monday , you keep a list of what you have read and post it every time you add a book (I will start a thread for it on Monday) with a few words about what you thought about your latest read (no spoilers )

I am not sure if there will be many people interested in this

Sounds a very good idea........ but I'd have to set my sights a lot lower - maybe between 3 and 10 books maximum.

I'll be very interested to see what other people post though (about the books they've started reading/just finished reading).

thumbs up

jampet - I do try and be tolerant of myself... it's hard at times, but I am full of love and hope it shows! sticking out tongue

Now if you'd been above me the question would be:

'How tolerant is that lovely person above you?'

(yeah, right!) grin

You could list them.

No way!

We could have a 'Miss CS Tolerance 2008'?

and a 'Mr CS pretend nice guy smarmy pants 2008'?

We could see if there is a correlation (positive or negative between looks and tolerance)

Are 'hot chicks' intolerant?

Are tolerant men more accident prone?

If you are over 70 do you become more or less tolerant?

Are grumpy intolerant men over 50 sexy, or just boring old lonely farts?

When you weigh yourself does the machine give you your weight, a body fat ratio AND a tolerance factor?

Do tolerant people prefer water beds, normal beds or are they 'no bed' nomads?

Tolerant chat up line:

'I'm tolerant - your bed or mine, baby?' smitten
