I'd like one of those houses that blend into the landscape and has grass on the roof - with only some windows showing from the front........there would be a huge circular skylight on the top (that could be covered electronically with a 'shutter' and it would bathe the internal pool with daylight and moonlight).

The pool would be the central 'room' with all the other rooms being reached from a cicular corridor that enclosed the pool area (glass wall to pool to keep humidity from making the rest of the house damp).

The house would be both modern and 'old' - with a combination of natural materials and hi-tech, but invisible, technology........ it would be 100% self-sufficent in its energy needs.

I would 'grow' sheep on the roof to keep the grass cut and eat little cute lambs with mint sauce when I felt very hungry! grin
