i am all for knowing your value in the workplace

its a tuff call sometimes but whats the ratio of BS to dollars and then choose

I would...I don't like dealing with people who try to nickel and dime you....Either they want quality work done and they're gonna pay for it...OR they just want it done and don't care about the quality of it...either way...they pay for what they get....so let them pay the lower fee to someone else who will get it just done without the quality!!!!!!!!!!

A good ole ass whooping used to handle a lot of things. But now people can say and do anything...if you lay a hand on them your in trouble. But a good ass whooping stops a lot of crap. If ass whooping was back in fad them maybe people would not get so mad and kill a dozen people before they blew their brains out. Maybe!

Thats why I don't like list threads.....good people get left out and some feel bad....feeling unimportant to others. Down with list threads! Boo! Hiss!

Hi everybody, my name is Pat

i know this isn't the right place to introduce myself, but if it weren't for this thread I probably never would have. I have been raeding posts in this forum for a month now, in the closet so to speak, and find you have created a warm and friendly atmosphere, complete with insightful viewpoints, and wonderful humor, from all around the world. It is really a nice group.

That being said, I had the opportunity to "chat" with the subject of this thread, and then suddenly I found I was blocked. I was shocked and hurt. I am at all times a gentleman, and certainly was not being annoying or threatening in any way, over a period of weeks I contacted her 3 times. I'm sure she had her reasons, I would just like to know what they were, I was genuinely wounded. If someone here that knows her could ask her, I would greatly appreciate it.

Keep up the wonderful comradery here in the forums, maybe now that I'm out of the closet I'll jump in once in a while
