my sister has just moved to spain, before she went she was going to spanish classes, now since she is over there she is still going to spanish classes, i also believe its down to the individual.

i do believe people have these abilities. there is still a lot that we do not know about our brains, only a little percentage of it is used in our lives, so what is the rest used for? there are fakes out there and there are also people who naturally possess these abilities that scientists still consider a joke.

We can all do this guys.
I ask you all to think positive as stopping is only as tough as you allow yourself to perceive it.

I know a lot of you might find it hard to take me serious about anything
but i am positive i will succeed with this.

I have put a lot of study time in to this and i feel i am as good as finished with smoking now.

If anyone listed above is unsure about being able to stop smoking,
Please feel free to contact me via cs email,
I will gladly spend time with anyone of you if you feel i can help in anyway

If i have left out anyone on the list,,,please let me know on this thread asap...

best of luck to you all guys. just think in a couple of weeks the craving for a cigarette will almost be gone. you will find that your health will get better, your lungs will start to clear of all the nicotene and it will benefit you financially.
