In response to:
1. If you were considering remarriage would you insist
upon a prenuptial agreement.
2. How would you raise the issue with your intended spouse
3. How would you feel if you were asked to sign such an agreement.
Hi raina hmmmm an interestering topic
like everyone has said marriage is surposed to be
a life-long commitment based on love and trust. A couple
getting married think they're set with each other for life
and nothing will ever go wrong. This is where I think a pre-nup
is how ever offensive it may seem is a wise thing to have
no one knows what will happen 3,4 or 10 years down the track
it's not designed to place mistrust, although it can feel that
way, It's insurance to protect ones self incase the worst
happened. I would enter into one and hope whoever I was with
could see the commonsence of having it. I've been down that
road and it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. So for the
peace of mind of both concerned in this day and age I feel it's
a must, stats I read earlier this year stated 28% of marriages
fail in the first 5 years,
