Hell Leo...There's not many men that I know that are single and Pagan, so it would be really foolish of me to be racist in any way shape or form. Now on the other hand, it's hard to find people accepting of this path so I'm on the other side of that fence so to speak.

thumbs up I like that idea Ras...Just think of all the money this country would save by not having the impeachment hearings and we bring ours soldiers home safe and sound at last and let those poor excuses for human beings try and figure out how to get out of their own mess that they made. I bet they wouldn't last more than a couple of hours.

Well let's see here...

Look at 9/11 and everything that has transpired since that horrible day.

Perfect examples www.infowars.com/?cat=28

And no it's not just propaganda.

There's many things that were left out of the news reports of that day including the fact that many children were killed because they were taken from the daycare center there in the towers in order to "protect them" When the towers collapsed it killed almost all of those children.

The media is censored but I don't that's anything that people don't already know.

Unfortunately there;s that little thing called the "Patriot Act" and it allows Bush to order policed states at any time that he feels like it. Not to mention does anyone realize that with the things he's done in office and the changes he's made, he can actually prevent a new President from coming into office and taking his place!?!

Hmmmmm still think we have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights? I think not

Yup I agree - Roast and toast the SOB's

have been there, sorry to hear about your health.

as you said it gives you a whole different outlook on life and what is truly important. if you ever need to talk feal free to email. it takes a while to get use to the whole concept and adjust to your new way of thinking but once you do it will give you a renewed determination in life and a love for the small things like the rain or smells..... just makes everything more vivid and alive....... I guess its hard to explain unless you have been there.

Thank you Slim.

You know it's funny I've been appreciating the small things such as the smell of rain, freshly cut grass, the way lightening comes down from the sky etc. Things have been more vivid and alive for a few years now. Some things never cease to amaze me.

I do have a new determination though and doors have been opened to me that hadn't been previously, or at least hadn't revealed themselves.

Dear Auntie Claayer,

I have found myself in quite the dilemma. It just hit me that I'm going to be having surgery on my knee in 6 days. Once I have this surgery, I won't be able to walk on it or bend it for 4 weeks. I live alone and of course it's sweltering hot here this time of year. I won't be able to go in the pool and swim nor will I be able to do my daily chores that I need to do.

Any advice?

Signed

Soon to be helpless in the desert

That's an interesting statement. I know we (both genders) speak the same language. But you state that "translating" what men say is a job.

I'm being serious for a moment. I've heard this from both sides so I'm not picking on women here.

What is it that happens, from the time the words are spoken to the time they are heard?

Why is translating what one says, necessary? Why is it that when one says, for example, "how are you feeling about (pick a subject)" the other says "what do you mean?"

Maybe I'm wrong but I think this fits within the context of the thread.

Hence one of my favorite mantras...

Say what you mean and mean what you say! grin
